Food here is usually amazing. Our waiter was very attentive but always moving. We never got his name. The whole restaurant needs a deep cleaning . The floors are super sticky and the tables and booths feel grubby. On previous visits the women’s restroom wasn’t very pleasant either.

Excellent service, very clean including restrooms. Service was very efficient and courteous, decor is great and very well priced for what you receive. Was impressed with the side salad and the salsa with chips. You can ask for spicier salsa which is about a 2 on spice scale but more chunkier – yum! Soda refills where done without asking and quickly. We are very impressed. Thank you! Stacia our server was phenomenal.

My daughter and I came to Tumbleweed for an impromptu dinner on Saturday night as we were both wanting steak. We initially were going to go to Longhorn, but their wait time was almost an hour (we expected as much), but we got right in at Tumbleweed.
Our server was Terrance – and I have to start by saying that he was the most friendly and attentive server I think I’ve ever had. His energy was high without being overbearing, always came to our table with a smile and to see if we needed anything, was always one step ahead of us in making sure we had refills on our drinks or on our chips and salsa (he recommended the apricot salsa which was amazing). When our steaks came to the table, he asked us to cut into them to make sure they were cooked to our liking (and they were). Terrance treated us like he was the owner of this restaurant and was immensely proud of it.
The food was absolutely amazing, but Terrance was the real star of the show and the best part of our dining experience! There’s really something to be said for such impeccable service when it is so sadly lacking in a lot of our consumer experiences. My daughter and I will definitely be back – and we’ll definitely be asking to sit in Terrance’s section. You guys have a real gem in this one!

Lisa was absolutely delightful! She was so friendly and helpful and refilled drinks without having to ask. She was great! We had chicken and beef tacos and the sirloin steak. We were happy with our choices. The mushrooms are a must with the steak! They have plenty of seating at the bar and around the restaurant. The seating is roomy and comfortable too. We will be back for a drink because the margarita selections sounds amazing as does dessert.

Not good at all. The hostess acted annoyed that we were there. She snapped that we’d have to wait until she seated a 6 top before us. We were two. There were 6 empty tables/booths but two booths were clean. So, we went to the bar. The bar tender told us three times she’d be with us. She was waiting tables so we had to wait for a drink order. She apologized for the delay saying they were busy. Longhorn and Applbees nextdoor had full parking lots. That’s why we chose Tumbleweed. Bottom line, not enough staff and those who were there didn’t know how to manage “the crowd”. The hostess was the worst she never smiled and acted mad about being there. We were there at 6:30 on February 11.
This was our second visit. Based on both visits. We won’t be back.

I dont give 5 stars very often but I literally have no complaints!
I ordered the chicken Quesadilla appetizer and Grilled chicken chop salad.
Both were fantastic.
Our waitress was also the bartender and she was great as well.
Constantly checking on her tables while keeping the bar!
If you’ve never ate here you definitely should!
We will be back for sure!

Such a nostalgic place. The food was beyond delicious, it came out fast and everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Customer service was spot on. Parking was easy and the environment was very clean. Definitely coming back 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely awful service. We waited an hour and a half just to place our order, during which time we went through four bowls of chips with no updates or explanation. When the food finally arrived, everything was cold.
To make matters worse, a waitress who was not even serving our table spent time flirting with my partner, which was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional.
