Absolutely the worst service ever at a Restaurant! The place, literally looked like a ghost town with no customers and we were told it would be a 30 min wait because they were under staffed. I guess no one wants to work for this crap restaurant. So we decided to sit at the bar. The bartender literally ignored us for 10 min and finally asked our drink orders. I ordered a beer and my wife tea. I had lost my wallet a week ago and the DMV gave me a paper ID until I get my new one in the mail. The bartender carded me and I told her I had a paper drivers license in the car I could get for her. I said I would go get it for her if that would work. She said sure so I walked to my car and when I got back she was like oh we don’t take paper ID. I’m like seriously I told you it was paper before I went to the car. She said she would have to talk to her manager and he was like yeah no paper ID. Just the worst service ever so we left and went to Chili’s across the street where we had a very pleasant experience and they took my paper identification. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!

My family and I (3 of us) went around 130 today 2/28 for the first time and will not be going back. Our server was horrible. Not only did we wait forever to be greeted but when we finally got to order our drinks and queso, I never even got my margarita and the queso took over 25 mins to receive. When we finally ordered our food. Literally 2 taco plates and a kids chicken it took so long I told the server to just pack it to go. And that took so long that a table that was sat 30 mins after us received their food and margaritas before we got our to go order. I understand the restaurant business as I was a server for 20 years. Hell it might not have been so bad if I could’ve atleast got my margarita. All they done was discount the queso. No manager came to try to fix the problem even after the bus lady told him….which I heard her tell him.

Chuy’s never fails to fill us up and make us feel comfortable! Every visit leaves us satisfied and eager to return. Jocelyn was friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere , yet she also provided us with enough space to enjoy our meal and conversation without feeling crowded or overwhelmed. The fajitas and steak are our go-to dishes because they consistently deliver on flavor and quality, making each meal a dependable favorite. I can tell they have tweaked their recipe a bit over time, but it still tastes very good ️, encouraging you to indulge and stuff yourself because it’s just that good! Overall, Chuy’s offers a friendly, cozy atmosphere and delicious food that’s worth every bite.

We eat at Chuy’s everytime we are in Murfreesboro and Baylie is the BEST waitress we’ve ever had! Actually better than any waitress we’ve encountered at any restaurant out there! She always goes above and beyond and is so kind! We will definetly be back!

Our server, Ethan, was very attentive and took good care of our party of four even though he had another larger group. The food was hot and delicious. The chips and creamy jalapeno dip were out of this world. Delightful experience all around.

Our first time at a Chuy’s and we were NOT impressed! The overall service was extremely slow and the food is mediocre. Our waitress was trying her best. She did good keeping up with drinks and chips. Our waitress had to put silverware together for us which took a bit, meanwhile our food was getting cold waiting to eat. We ordered margaritas that took 20 minutes to get, and the food was served room temperature. At least the chips were good. That’s the only thing we really liked about it.

I have gone to this place since i was a child… it has gone downhill tremendously. Our waitress served tables around us before serving us, she seemed disinterested and like we were a pain on her. which, i understand that line of work. but… she seemed like she HATED us…. i have my thoughts on this. the food was bad, and it used to be SO good. i used to come here as a comfort, i haven’t in recent years, and im disappointed. the enchilada tortilla was raw, the cheese barely melted. the chimichanga my sister ordered was horrendous and pale inside. i ended up getting very sick after eating there. doubled over in pain for the entire night and next day just sweating and in pain. this is why i don’t eat out anymore. sad.

We regularly order Chuy’s from their website for delivery (yes it does go through DoorDash) and tonight we called the restaurant to get a status on the order and immediately were dismissed and shuffled around to then be told not our problem from Chuy’s. Well…as much as we like the food the wait at any of their restaurants isn’t favorable and the lack of helpfulness from Murfreesboro location means we won’t be using Chuy’s for delivery anymore. I would assume this is the goal with the restaurant ♀️
