We love going to Red Robin here in PCB. We go at least once a month. The servers are always kind and friendly, very personable. The food is always hot and fresh. The restaurant itself is clean and well maintained. Our waitress, Alyssa, took great care of us during our visit this time around

Service was great~ “Vetta” and the manager was very nice, who took the time to talk with us.
We had a short stack of the delicious crunchy onion rings, Barbecue chicken sandwich (Whiskey River)& fries, Garlic Parm wings and a special including wings & a drink, plus the Strawberry lemonade drink.
All very tasty. Though one small improvement would be to cook the wings in the requested sauce- but, we understand that with a larger customar based company thats not always possible.
Overall, we were happy with everything and took home our left overs.

Our Experience was excellent here at this location in PCB. It was my Fiancés first time ever at Red Robin’s he had the Scorpion and I had the the Southern Burger. We both had bottomless fries and salad. I recommend the Cesar Salad it’s was really good. Our waitress was Alyssa and we also met the manger aswell. . I recommend 10/10 for service and food. I can see why they are top in the nation. If you are looking for fresh and hot food this THE LOCATION!!!!!!☺️☺️.

Coming to Red Robin was the best decision we made for lunch. The bottomless ceasar salad with my burger was a hit, but what really took it over the top for us on this day was our server Nicole! She was AMAZING! She was attentive, knowledgeable on the food, funny and just overall, her attitude actually made us feel as if she was truly just happy to help. The food is always a hit with my family but the server Nicole just solidified why we will continue to come back. That girl deserves a raise! Please keep her for as long as possible!

Wow was it busy tonight! Nicole was our server and she was excellent and outstanding!! I would highly recommend her. We had lots of kids meals with Mac and cheese, cheeseburgers and mini corn dogs. Also the kids got kiddie size milk shakes. For the adults we got water, Shirley drink and coke. For our meals hot honey chicken, whiskey burger and avocado cheese burger. All the food was excellent. If it was not so busy I will have ordered more fries please.

The service was efficient even though you could tell it had been a busy day. The food came out swiftly- actually we were shocked how fast our burgers arrived.
The burgers, the Southern Charm and the Haystack Double, were seasoned and nicely fried. Red Robin never misses with those steak fries, and even the onion rings aren’t bottomless, but they’re worth it.
The only thing to pass on is that knock-off Kraft Mac n Cheese.

First off I want to same I am not a real hamburger lover but my husband is & wanted to visit to Red Robin.
It WAS EXCELLENT…I really wished I had taken a picture of our order b/c it was picture worthy.
The burger deal for $9.99 ( Yum Deal) is an excellent value. Scott our waiter made suggestions for the ranch dip and also sweet potato fries 10/10. The manager we noticed was very observant on making sure service & food was a good experience.
We will for sure be back & suggest to others the PCB Red Robin.

It was amazing!! The waitress was super friendly and the food was delicious. Music was good and nothing was too loud so we could talk comfortably but still hear the music! My friend got a pizza and it looked amazing!
