Apparently this is cooked to order at this McDonald’s . This was at 11:15am for lunch. The Big Mac and nuggets were fresh but both of our fries are like this. That’s normal across Columbia though. I recommend Ashland. I’ve been a few times but each time it’s all super fresh.

As previous people have this same complaint its clear nothing is being done to improve. Waited over 15 min curbside. Watched 15 cars go thru drive thru. Then finally someone comes out with the food. Guy was walking slower than a slug. Was in a hurry so I didnt check. Should have because clearly they dont know the difference between a dbl quarter and a quarter. Reported it on the app and as usual no response. I’m really getting tired of the lack luster service you are providing for online customers and curbside. Do something.

The night crew should just be fired and start from scratch or if they can’t do it, they should just closed at 9pm like other restaurants. I waited for TWO hours. First I waiting in the drive thru for 30 mins, line didn’t move, I was stuck between cars so I was just waiting. I finally went inside talked to “manager” sherry., she said for the trouble she was take care of my food & asked me to go back & get in the drive thru. I did just that waited even longer, never got my food and by the looks of all the cars pulling off nobody got food!
This was the inside trash can no reason the lobby is “closed” but trash is overflowing..

What a waste of 15$. Ordered the grinch big Mac meal, forgot the grinch salt, then turn around and open my big Mac to make sure its made right, and tell me why I see 2 patties the size of a kods cheese burger? When confronting the manager on duty at 1:10pm on 12/2/2025
He claims “thats just the size of patties now” horrible service, horrible experience will drive out of my way to avoid this location. It’s been nothing but issues every single time.

This is the second time I get off work late to get food and each time this location says they either are only doing sides or that they are only taking door dash orders and are deleting any order that isn’t door dash. For a place that is supposed to be open 24/7 you would think they would take all orders or say on the app no mobile orders

My grandma used to call getting hungry around midnight to 2am a “midnight snack” .. My cat daddy and I were ready to snack. McDonald’s had our backs with being able to take our order with no problems. Quick simple fast prompt service with a smile. Easy on the salt on the fries though. 😉 A+++

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at your restaurant while I was picking up an Uber Eats order.

While I was waiting, I also placed a small order for myself. During this time, one of your employees began mocking my name, saying it out loud in an exaggerated Southern accent. He did this not realizing I was standing right there, and when I informed him that it was actually my name, he doubled down and continued speaking in a mocking Southern accent.

This behavior was not only unprofessional but also extremely hurtful. I felt embarrassed in front of the other customers and staff. Another employee present looked visibly uncomfortable once she realized I had witnessed the entire interaction — which tells me that even she recognized how inappropriate his behavior was.

I left the restaurant feeling offended, humiliated, and honestly a bit shaken. No customer — delivery driver or otherwise — should ever be made to feel mocked or ridiculed by your staff. Because of this incident, I have already contacted Uber Eats to prevent any future orders from being assigned to this location.

I hope you take this seriously and address the employee’s conduct appropriately. I would like to continue doing business with this location, but at this moment, I do not feel comfortable returning.

Waited curbside 15 + minutes for an order, finally came in to ask what’s up just to get cold food (which wasn’t even correct). Topped off with fries visibly cooked in dirty oil.

Shame this location is right around the corner from me, because I won’t be back.

Well it seems pretty apparent from the other reviews that literally nothing is being done to improve this location. I work late night and have ordered on the app at least 10 times to only arrive at the alleged 24 hour restaurant to have both drive thru lanes blocked with cones. The last time I was actually able to pick up food from this location the food was so cold and gross I threw it out halfway through. I’m a fat guy, I never do that. McDonald’s corporate office needs to step in to do literally ANYTHING about this location. It’s a joke.

If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. After I got off of work I placed an online order, when I arrived I saw the line was out into the street. So i tried to go inside where I saw some other people. The employees were arguing with the customers inside saying they couldn’t come in and that it was drive through only for everyone. So hearing the employee yell at the customer to get out, I went ahead and left right behind her because I didn’t want to cause issues. I got back in line in my car and waited in line for my order for over an hour (that I did not receieve) I got stuck in the drive through and couldn’t get out so I had to politely ask the woman in front of me to move up so I could leave. I went ahead and went straight to the last window and asked for a refund. Still didnt get my food. Wasted over an hour of gas and my time. Absolutely ridiculous, horrible management. If you don’t have the hands to be open, DONT STAY OPEN! Ridiculous horrible customer service. I will never come here again!!! Customer service was awful. And i didnt even get my food. I have never left a google review on anything before, and I have never had this horrible of a fast food experience. So angry to the point I came here to write this! Do NOT go to this location!!!
