I accidentally put in a pick up order at 10:16 for pick up at this store. I didnt pick it up or get anywhere near enough to pick it up but yet they finished the order and took the money for it. I couldnt pick up order and ordered from the Pierce store also that order was picked up as I was on that side of town to start dialysis. Beware of the canal store as this is the store that claimed I completed my order and picked it up when I did not as I have been at dialysis since 10:30.

I placed a mobile order from the parking lot for counter pickup. I walked in, used the restroom, and waited just a couple minutes and my food was ready. This was at 10pm on a Monday and they close at 11pm. My fries were actually hot and fresh, and my 2 customized McDoubles were made correctly and good. The restaurant seemed clean inside too. Lots of bad reviews for this store, but it seemed just fine to me

Legs broke. I wanted fries, hubby wanted a burger so we ordered from here. Burger and drink were in the bag but no fries. At least one of us is happy! Tried calling the store multiple times, no answer. I paid a lot for this and I can’t even get someone to answer the phone!

Ordered food, paid at first window
Was asked to drive to window 2. Then asked to drive around to parking spot 2, But all spaces were taken. I told the young lady I will just wait here since their was no one in line behind me. So.i gues the manager came and said you have to go wait in space two. I said all spaces are taken, he yelled at me and said I will just give you a refund. I said OK. He slammed the window, came back within 8 seconds with my order. As I went around to extra parking area all space still taken. None the less I got my food and it was fresh. I think he forgot customer comes first. So I suggest don’t move around to parking are to wait on your food just wait at the window. Your food will more than likely be fresh. They can’t make you move.

I have never seen such terrible customer service. They never get the orders right, it takes FOREVER to get your food, and all of the employees are rude. Y’all need to train your people better and get your drive thru time under control. It’s insane to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru for one snack wrap, just to walk inside to see what’s taking so long, and not have a single person greet me for TEN MINUTES. And it just keeps getting worse. I’ve worked in food service and retail, and this is honestly just embarrassing the way the store is run.

I lived three minutes away from mcdonald’s, and my food was cold.The fry everything and here I am again got another DoorDash food, completely cold reached out to the managers. Never did nothing about it going there. All the time looking in their face never even asked me anything. The place is just horrible, bad business. They never cook anything, right? Very sloppy, the women that work in the morning are very responsible. They actually do what they’re supposed these people will give you your food cold. Get your kids sick. Be careful. I never eat at this place

Ordered online went to pick up order sat in drive through for over 30 minutes got off to get my order and lady inside had an attitude saying she was t going to mess up her car times I had to go through drive through. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this store. Employees are very rude and disrespectful. I had to cancel my order.

1- They took forever to take our order.
2- The fountain machine was dispensing hot soda instead of cold.
3-The cleaning lady was cleaning the seats with the broom.
4-Two of the workers were so loud and annoying talking over customers.

Their soda machine never have gas. Told there manager and staff and they don’t seem to care. They don’t tell you when ordering. Been here several times this 3 weeks and same thing, thought it was a temporary issue but no. Food and fries come out cold sometimes. Avoid this location.

Went to this location got asked to park for my food the guy didnt tell me where so I asked him he says 1 2 3 or 4, he then finally tells me preferably 1. There wasnt anyone behind me parking didnt really make sense and asking someone to park without knowing where they are parked makes zero sense but I parked. I wasnt waiting long at all before they brought my food out which was even more confusing because you would think they asked me to park because food wasnt ready but I dont think that was the case because the food certainly wasnt fresh.
