Done even the waitresses commented it was once I showed her. My husband ate his entire meal and I sat and waited and no replacement steak came. Then the waitress noticed. She said the manager would come. Manger had zero enthusiasm for her job and also was not apologetic. She did the classic service recovery and comp my meal. However it came back burnt and well done again! The manager actually served it to me with no care in the world or
Apology and said should I just box it ? I just said yes and left. She didn’t even try to fix the steak. To add, the corn on the cob was also burnt and hard and dry. I don’t think this chef actually understands you cook it on the grill with the shuck on. It looked like the corn you see for the mayflower decorations at thanksgiving. I’ll never return to longhorn again. I actually wanted Texas Roadhouse. Awful food and complacent manager. Check out my “medium” steak photo. Laughable. 2 star for service because waitress was nice but she also didn’t follow thru and check if I had food.
The only complaint that I have is the pothole in the parking lot I almost lost a tire it would be nice if you was to fix this I even submitted a picture thank you your valuable customer

BUT, Note to Ownership… it is time to replace the BOOTHS. They are absolutely HORRIBLE, they are completely sunken in, feels like you are sitting on a broken seat and due to it being sunken in, you are very low compared to the height of the table.
Additionally, one of my friends politely asked if birthday recognition was an option, and the server abruptly said no and walked away. I later asked another waitress, who kindly informed us that birthdays are recognized with a complimentary dessert. When the dessert was brought out, our server confronted the waitress in front of us, questioning why she did that and stating that he was not going to sing, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere.
Overall, the food was overshadowed by the poor service. A more respectful and customer-focused approach would have made a big difference. I hope management addresses this, as it impacted what should have been a celebratory evening.
Upon arrival asked to wait while they prepare a table for me. However, while sitting in the waiting area, the host sited 3 other people who came after me who also didn’t have a reservation. Ok…
I was sited aventually. Due to storm previous night not all item were available on the menu, which is fine and understandable. However,
I was offered a bread to start, which has never came. Baked potato was stone cold, even butter refused to melt. Steak on the other hand, was cooked to perfection, and only this fact saved my evening from total dissatisfaction. By my opinion if you pay 40-50$ for a meal, you can expect all be done at a high level.
