We love the Old Spaghetti Factory by Riverport for family dinners! It’s relaxed, welcoming for all ages, and the value is unbeatable.

The kids’ meals are surprisingly generous—big portions with drink, side, and ice cream, so even our hungriest kid was completely satisfied.

We arrived just before the lunch menu switched over and ordered the lunch special: steak sandwich and a lunch-size lasagna, both of which come with soup or salad, fresh sourdough bread, iced tea or coffee, AND spumoni ice cream for dessert. We left absolutely stuffed and felt like we got way more than we paid for.

The atmosphere is classic and cozy, perfect for casual family meals or birthday celebrations (there were several happy parties while we were there). Staff were friendly and attentive.

Parking is easy and plentiful, and the location is a bonus—bowling, arcade games, and a movie theatre are all just steps away for after-dinner fun.

Great spot for families on a budget who still want a full, tasty meal and a good time. We’ll definitely be back!

A cozy classic with charm, care, and carbs done right.

The Old Spaghetti Factory never disappoints when it comes to creating a warm and welcoming environment. The interior design is beautifully nostalgic, with its vintage decor, warm lighting, and that signature trolley-car seating that gives it a little magic ✨

Even during peak hours, the wait time stays short to moderate, and the staff remain consistently professional, patient, and kind — you can tell they’re well-trained and actually care about the dining experience.

There’s a great variety of pastas and steaks, with plenty of room for personalization depending on your taste — sauces, proteins, sides — everything is easy to tweak and adapt. Plus, each meal comes with a drink and a soup or salad, which makes it feel extra thoughtful without breaking the bank.

What impressed me most is how management subtly monitors the room — checking in, making sure every table is well-attended. It’s the kind of behind-the-scenes care that keeps the mood calm and smooth even when the place is packed. They also upgraded their hot water container with an extra layer of plastic so you don’t burn your hands. And yes, the bathrooms are clean, which always deserves a shoutout.

Why not 5 stars? Just a minor pacing issue when it’s really busy, but nothing that ever feels dismissive or unorganized.

Highly recommend for families, casual dates, or anyone craving a comforting, well-rounded meal.

I came here for dinner and tried the Manicotti. The all-inclusive price is always a nice touch, and the portion was solid. The space was surprisingly good for conversation — even when it got busy, we never felt rushed or drowned out by noise. We ended up staying to chat for a while, and the servers didn’t pressure us to leave, which I really appreciated.

Service wasn’t the strongest, but it looked like most of the team were younger staff who are probably pretty new, so I didn’t mind too much. Overall, a comfortable spot for a casual meal and catching up with friends.

Reservations recommended during peak hours!

Made reservations knowing that this place generally is busy and has moderate wait times. Despite making reservations, we still needed to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to set up.

Food and price point has always been great value with its all included entrees (sourdough bread with garlic butter, choice of salad or soup, choice of tea or coffee, and ice cream)

Our server Tia was extremely friendly and accommodating for our group and patient towards our elderly group which made the experience very good and tipped extra just for her.

The atmosphere was great despite being a little noisy, but it’s understandable considering the amount of people.

If you are coming here, I highly recommend making advance online reservations first. A 5 star review for this establishment and always a pleasure coming back.

Excellent service by Tiffany… the bread was very fresh! The foods we ordered were served hot, the way we liked it.

Always love The Old Spaghetti Factory, but this location is something special. The food is incredible as always, but the service is what really does it; all the staff are so friendly and sweet. It’s a really enjoyable experience every time. Our server, Spencer, was especially awesome and had the best attitude.

Always a good deal for a 3-course meal + sourdough bread. Pasta dishes and calamari appetizer were made well. Loved my dish – seafood linguine marinara was packed with shrimp, mussels and scallops. It was busy for a Tuesday night, so there was a short wait of roughly 15 minutes. The only negative thing I need to mention is that our waiter was not attentive as we’d hope. She did clear our plates when we were done, but didn’t refill our water when cups were empty. Also, she immediately asked if we want to pay our bill when we finished our entree, but we reminded her that we didn’t have our dessert yet. She also forgot to offer tea/coffee (which is supposed to be included with our meal), but we decided to just pay after having dessert as we didn’t want to bother.

Absolutely amazing! When we came in, the atmosphere is amazing and almost homey! We got Bread & Butter, the bread was perfectly fluffy on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside, the butter had garlic and herbs and it tasted amazing! The food was within cheap prices and had really big portions! And at the end, you can even get complimentary Ice cream and coffee or tea! The little bottle that came with the tea and the little ice cream bowl was adorable! Definitely recombmend and would definitely come back!

I think old spaghetti factory has good value. The bread is AMAZING and the soup is good but the soup portions are usually a bit small. I ordered the chicken parm, which had a VERY LARGE piece of chicken which was honestly really good. The ice cream after was also amazing and really appreciated. For the amount of food you can get, its definitely worth the price and a good spot id you’re craving Italian food.
