I almost can’t believe how horrible this place has become.
I visited last year in the summer I believe and it was not half bad…now it is every part of bad.
The waitress could not even recommend a drink off of the very limited drink menu. The salsa is this weird, watery stuff, and the order I received…
I came at lunch so I ordered off the lunch specials. The chicken fried steak.
It wasn’t even a steak. What I got was processed meat garbage that is breaded and flash frozen in a factory, loaded with artificial and preservatives and dropped in heated industrial oil.
You can go to so many restaurants and order a chicken fried steak and get an actual steak!!! Why not here?? Why does the manager order garbage meat products to sell to patrons?

Great food with portions that match the price. We got combo fajitas for 2 ($49.68 with tip) and the portion probably could have satisfied 4. I do wish there were more vegetables on the skillet. The freshly made tortillas were excellent too.
Our server was friendly, efficient, and did an overall great job.
I highly recommend you give this place a try.
FYI, the puc of the fajita skillet is AFTER we each had 2 servings.

Barely got service and I ordered a to-go soup for my mom who is extremely sick. If you wanna spend $7 on a to-go soup the size of a tortilla chip this is a great place to go. Tried to get the manager but after waiting 20 minutes for the to-go sample we decided to leave. Otherwise food was good.

Good food, good service. My wife and I always have a good time here. Although if you are seated in that one section between the main dining area and the bar sometimes your waiter can be a little scarce with the drink/chip refills.
Also, the grafitti in the men’s bathroom stall is always top notch and makes bathroom breaks alot more enjoyable.

Chicken is moist & flavorful. Shredded beef was a bit “chewy”. Salsa had the right amount of “zing”. Refried beans tasted very authentic. Chips were served warm with a touch of salt. BUT….the queso? It tasted like it was the cheap canned stuff.
Waitress was quick, attentive, & friendly.
Restaurant was very clean.
And the floral display out front was a gardeners delight!!

We had such a great experience at Cha-Cha’s! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and seated immediately. The bar was pretty full, but that didn’t slow anything down at all. Our waitress was super attentive and took our order quickly.
Our food came out fast, everything was hot and fresh, and our drinks were never empty. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome the entire time.
Great service, great atmosphere, and a place we’ll definitely be coming back to!

I have been to this place one time before years ago. It was absolutely wonderful and then I went recently, so disappointed, The service was okay, but the food was SO skimpy when the dish came out, The rice was dry,I could see the discoloration in it. Tortillas were cold!!!

Was not expecting the service I got nor the great food I had. I’ve been driving past this place for years and never stopped by until today. Only reason is, there’s never any parking, lol. But when I say a Diamond in the Rough… you better believe it. I’m big on customer service – this place got a 10/10. Then my food was hot! I had to let it cool for a bit before eating it. I got the carne asada fajitas! Wow is all I am going to say. Fresh chips and dip too and steaming hot fresh beans… then I was even given a to-go cup of tea and another thing of chips and dip to take with my last fajita. Will definitely be going back.
