The staff here work so hard and are all so so kind!! Even when the line wraps around the building, I never have to wait long to get my food. Can’t stress enough how good the service is — The workers here are so diligent and sweet even when they’ve been standing in the cold. Heavy props to them!! ❤️

Update ! The last couple of visits they have been cooking my food fresh ! I love it. Keep it up !

Fries were re dropped! So hard and uneditable ! Update ! They have really been disappointing me Lately ! Had me wait in line for over 10 mins to tell me they’re out of fries bc they didn’t want to drop them fresh ! Unprofessional and insane !

Food was good but the crabby lady at the food window who wanted to argue about my order kind of made me angry. She kept asking me if I had two sandwiches and three sauces I said no I only have one and one sauce and she kept saying well I don’t know… I didn’t take your order. She had such an attitude. I love everything about this establishment from customer service to the food. I just really wish they’d fix the heaters for the workers who work outside. I feel bad for the workers on the days it’s really cold and at times I pull out of line and go to Wendy’s.
