Service is never good here. Tonight I guess I wasn’t being loud enough at the speaker for the associate running the drive-through. When I emphasize the name on the order. He told me to pull around, and assumed his mic was turned off and I can hear him talking crap. Tell me that I should talk louder. Well here it is. Here’s me talking loud in a Google review. I also filled out feedback for the app. You’re welcome buddy—— Update 01/11/26: same Tacobell: When I arrived at the Taco Bell on Highway 52, my order was already prepared and sitting on the counter, but no one greeted or acknowledged me upon entering. I stood there for about 10 minutes while my food sat getting cold. The label was turned away, so I couldn’t verify it was mine. Eventually, I reached over, confirmed it, and took the bag myself.

Upon checking the order, I noticed two items were missing. I returned to the counter and waited another 5–10 minutes before anyone helped me. When I explained that I was not greeted and had to retrieve my own food, the employee cut me off and stated with an attitude that I “wasn’t supposed to grab the food.” I explained that this wouldn’t have happened if any employee had acknowledged me. He became argumentative instead of resolving the issue.

After checking my receipt and bag multiple times, he confirmed my order was incomplete. He added only a small cup of creamy jalapeño sauce, then walked away to handle the dinner rush and assist other customers. I waited an additional 15 minutes and ultimately left without receiving the missing items.

This experience was extremely frustrating due to poor customer service and unprofessionalism

Not only does Taco Bell have some of the most expensive prices in fast food, but this location also has some of the slowest drive thru times. I pulled into the drive thru right about 12 pm. I didn’t get my food until 1220 pm. It was already cold. If the person working that drive thru window didn’t insist on making small talk with every customer who pulls up to the box, those drive thru times would improve DRAMATICALLY. Nobody goes to the drive thru for small talk. When you say to each customer that pulls up to the box “Hi, how are you?”… You are creating an unnecessary social obligation. By the time you get the pleasantries out of the way, you have added an extra 30 seconds to a minute to every person’s time that is currently in the drive thru. And then another extra minute for the next person, and then the next… I go through the drive thru specifically to avoid such things- they suck up too much of my time and I don’t really like talking to people. Most people go through the drive thru looking for a fast lunch, not polite conversation. In this drive thru, you will not find fast food. You will however find social obligations you didn’t want, cold food, long wait times and high prices. If you’re in a hurry, go somewhere else.

Thirs time I’ve come here at different parts of the day. Drive thru is always incredibly slow, about 30 minutes each time, and all three times the drinks tasted like carbonated water and sewage. Two of those times, I didn’t get everything I ordered.

I ordered food here and only reciprocated a bag of sauce… They gave my only my drink and a bag of sauce and I paid for the WHOLE meal. ‍♀️

First no customer greeting. The employees just stare at you. I got the vibe that they didn’t want us in the dining room. The dining room was very clean. Ordered the food and waited. I advise you to check orders. Food was not made correctly. Will I go back, nope.

Hate using app in store and would rather order with person. Order was supposed to be a steak burrito and chicken soft taco re: app but came out as all beef. Do better please Taco Bell especially since costs are so high.

You need to use the kiosk to place orders when you are inside. Food was good and fairly quick. They seem short on staff but 2 people standing at the drive thru cash register. Seems only person moving around was the lady prepare the food and she seemed stressed out. Place was very clean. It might help if they put a sign at the register telling customers to use the kiosk. We waiting tell the cook told us to use the kiosk. Two people standing at the drive thru register saw us waiting but never walked over and said use the kiosk. I liked using the kiosk and it was very easy to use for 70 year old. Instruction and interface very good. I will stop in again when I am in the area. I did say it was very clean, which is important to a lot of people. Thanks

Second time in a row several weeks apart we showed up and none of the drinks work(taste like carbonated water only). I asked about it and the workers seemed to know and act like it was no big deal(just walked away) I stood there and the manager walked up and asked what was going on. I told him about the first interaction he explained the guy was deaf(I believed him). While waiting same “deaf” employee was called over and spoke Spanish fluently and proceeded to translate to English for another customer. What a pleasant experience.

ordered 3 soft tacos and specifically asked for NO cheese, lady on the speaker says, “so just meat and lettuce?” so you would assume that’s what you got but NOOOO. i get home and all 3 of them have cheese in each one of them. i would’ve excused it if it was in the early mornings but jt was FOUR in the AFTERNOON. some of y’all need hearing aids and jt shows..

I dont know why this place feels that customer service isn’t important. My family has been eating here since the early 90s. They refuse to take your order telling us they dont take orders anymore at the register that you have to oder your own food. I asked if I could use coupons they had no real answer . The staff was eating while working . Others couldn’t speak English. Its a shame that an establishment that was once an exciting place to go with friends and family is now an empty heartless place . The tables are dirty the drink machine is lacking syrup to carbonation ratios and the atmosphere is gloomy at best . As a business I see this place heading down hill quickly and it’s a shame . Their next step should be removing the furnishings and decor. I dont forsee many people wanting to eat in this restaurant for much longer. I know this was my last visit inside and most likely ever again . Very disappointing.
