This McDonald’s needs HELP!!!!!! The menus are blacked out and you can barely hear the employees talking on the speakers. The employees rarely smile or show good customer service you can tell these kids aren’t happy working here. The food is usually reheated and tastes old. Please go back to the way you used to be friendly family place, clean, and great customer service.

I give this McDonalds a lot of credit. First, they still have the fountain drinks machines in the lobby. No having to go to the counter and get someone to help. When you ask for a specific number of condiments in your online order, they actually give you what you asked for. They keep things moving. I dont remember having to wait for an online order when placed ahead of time. Other locations dont always do this. Yes, the drive thru always looks busy. I go inside. Food is always consistent. Inside is always clean. People are nice. Thank you.

Sucks that every time we come the app doesn’t work !
Tried to use the kiosk and didn’t want to scan my app codes so had to order at the counter.
Again didn’t want to scan at the counter Manager Aileen didn’t want to honor my code even though you can clearly see it on my phone said if you don’t use it fast enough it it’s expired ‍♀️
But thank you lord for Miss Shana !
She took her time to try to help me and was so nice about it.Even though the manager had her running the front,kitchen,running outside to drive thru she was very sweet and helpful! She definitely needs a raise and promotion!! Thank you again Shana ! You definitely are the only reason why I would be coming back!! ✨

I have long come to McDonald’s for lunches. Not in a while have I ate inside. Wanting something different, I looked for a menu. No menu. Every single wall panel that used to display a menu, showed the same ad. Every time it rotated to a new display, it was a new ad for the same product on every panel! I’m personally aded out!

Placed an order for curbside pickup, got to the restaurant and was told the order wasn’t in their system. I had the confirmation email and had already been charged, instead of just re-entering the order right then and there, they continued looking for the order for like 30 mins! Finally they told me they were going to re-enter it and had me verbally list everything on the order back to them: they entered it correctly, and we checked the bag before leaving )but there was a lot in it, since it was for 3 people and in one bag.

First; the guy that re-entered the order told me he’d let us know when it was ready, and never gave me a number. Then they placed PART of the order on the counter and never said anything to me; so I didn’t know it was even our order. Another 10-20 mins go by and someone FINALLY tells me it’s our order, but despite the two cups and the bottle of chocolate milk, they totally neglected to include our child’s happy meal. So I had to point out that there is supposed to be a happy meal.. so they make me wait another few mins while they get that together; and we get home and realize they forgot a whole 10pc order of nuggets. It’s on the receipt. The guy asked what sauce we wanted. There obvs should have been nuggets.

So now we waited LITERALLY an hour (order was confirmed at 5:03pm and we got out of there at 6pm!) for our order to STILL be screwed up.

You’d think they’d have at least gotten it right with two attempts… and maybe thrown in a cookie or two for having to wait that long!

Oh; and you can’t even call the store because the number says it’s a wireless subscriber and that they’re unavailable!

This is a pretty cool Mc Donald’s. During the day time it’s pretty crowed in the inside. The play area for the children is not that bad either… It could stand to be sanitized a lot more. For the couple hours that we were there I didn’t see any workers come in to clean it. With all the kids and germs flying around it would of been good to see a little cleaning or pretend that you are cleaning. The workers at the counter were nice, with the exception that they move to fast. It’s OK to move fast but not like you are in a race. Everyone there should know that there will be await so come with that understanding. Sometimes the fries are to hard. All in all its a nice place to visit if you want a quick meal and get out the sun… I also think that some of the cleaning people that mop the floor should change the water before mopping. After they mop the ground is very sticky…

My experiences in the afternoon here have been very unpleasant. They ignore you at drive thru, take forever, looks like it hurts to smile, give out like 3 ketchups and no sauce, and stuff everything in one bag as if they don’t have more bags. Horrible customer service, but I will say if you want to be treated better, there is a young man who works there with glasses, I believe brown hair, who listens to what you need and gives you the sauces you need. He seems very patient and kind. Last time I ordered a number one, he repeated my order and gave me basic decent human respect unlike the other kids there working. Man they really seem like they don’t want to be there and are just chit chatting not doing what they are supposed to do and ignoring the customers. Very disrespectful on top of all that. Unlike this gentleman I spoke about right now that is here in the afternoons, he is a rare gem in that restaurant that should definitely have a raise!

Not sure how Ilene and Marcella even have jobs at McDonald’s. The worst customer service my family and I have EVER received. And that says a lot. We will never be returning to this McDonald’s again. Which is inconvenient because it’s down the street from my house.

Would give a zero if I could, so we ordered on the Kiosk like we are supposed to do and then went to register to check out, and the people that work there including the manager looked my way saw I was there to pay and walked away, so I left. I would never eat here because apparently they only care about themselves and not the customers.
