Good place to get a decent fast food order . This is one of the better locations! They still care enough about their service to still offer inside dining! Many of their locations have closed their dining room, if it was available at all and the quality of their food and service certainly reflects it!

First visit to this Cook Out proved to be great. The place was very clean, well laid out and was not noisy at all. My food (big double) was delicious and hot. The staff were nice and friendly.

Maybe one day they will get our orders right, but the last 3 times I got my family food from the drive through and get home all of my family of four orders are wrong. Not one order is ever done correctly. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this is ridiculous. It’s like they could care less what you want, they will add whatever on your sandwiches.

I’ve never been, so I came into the lobby, I was immediately told that the lobby was closed and that I needed to order from the window outside. Then they came and locked the door. Burger was average, fries were ok but needed some seasoning. Better than the big chains like McDonald’s or BK.

In all my years of having Cookout, I have NEVER eaten inside the restaurant….until now. The Log Cabin feel of the place made me feel cozy & as always the food was banging!! However….the service….was TOP NOTCH!! Literally the nicest,most considerate staff.

They not only got my order wrong, but were too busy chatting with each other to be “bothered” with customers. Probably why they got my order wrong because they didn’t listen. I asked for extra sauce on my quesadillas and there was absolutely NO sauce on them whatsoever even though we asked them again when we got to the window and they said yes they put extra sauce on them…. This is the third time this has happened. I will not be coming back..

A very different kind of place, but in a good way! So many different things makes this a great place for taking many people to that don’t know what they want to eat…I Love the shake options, burgers are pretty good and the corn dogs! Everything was hot!
I didn’t like the chicken quesadilla not good at all… go to taco bell it’s better lol.
The onion rings weren’t good either def taste like a frozen brand I could buy… they also forgot the cookout sauce, so idk if that’s any good.
Another annoying thing is the right side lane was a joke… 6 cars passes us like really!!!! If you’re that behind on one side of the line people should be helping one side and not take any orders from the other side until you’re caught up that’s called customer service not leaving other people on the other line doing nothing but wondering what’s going on and get bad service!

They speak to fast into the already difficult to hear speaker. They got my order wrong and didn’t apologize or anything. Just handed me my correct order and walked away. No customer service.
