Good burgers and shakes. Buy a combo to save, you can replace soda with a shake for just $1.50 extra. Limited options if you are vegetarian, but they have cheese quesadilla and fried Okra. Definitely get the Okra. Burger patties are thick and juicy.

Whoever was clocked in between 1437 & 1502 10/20/25 needs to find new work, above board/under the table/illegal doesn’t matter, just something they can do well. Ordered at the counter. Had to pay 10 cents for a tomato added to my burger. Husband ordered a Hamburger with grilled onions. We received our order. Couldn’t find a clean table to sit at. My burger had no tomato. I went to counter to get my tomato which I paid for and was completely ignored. They finally acknowledged me when I spoke up. My husband had also ordered Onion Rings and they were terrible. No flavor and the onions were mushy. Will never go to another Cook Out!

I have to admit I usually don’t have good experiences at cookout and was there to get food for my neighbor but Kaylee who was running both front counter and drive-thru around 7pm was excellent. It was my first time meeting her but will be back over her great service. She a beautiful woman with a beautiful attitude, keep up the great work and sorry if I misspelled your name

Family and myself visited cook-out today and it was absolutely horrible. We had three double trays with milkshakes and a drink and the burgers tasted like charcoal, we probably got 4-5 fries each and the drink machine only had flat sugar water, no carbonation, and the tea was over sweet, the bathroom sink sprayed up on you instead of low to high speed. It was very very disappointing to spend over $30 for the meal not to enjoy it. Very dissatisfied customer.

(At the drive-thru) The wait was long. The person taking my order made me repeat the order 6 times. Asked me if I wanted cheese 5 times.She was either distracted or can’t do her job well. I asked for Cokes and they gave me Diet Cokes. The person taking payments and giving out the food showed no politeness. Just asked for payment and handed the food over.

The old west burger tasted like charcoal from over cooking, the fries were old, and the milk shakes were just ice cream in a cup. I got the Caramel shake it had maybe a table spoon of caramel. $20 for two meals. Cheaper than most places right now guess that explains the food quality….Great service at the window though and the food was ready soon as we got to the window to pay.

Usually quite quick with getting you your food, and it’s great fast food. Usually get chicken of some kind, and maybe a shake. The shakes are very thick, more akin to ice cream, but still great.
