Draven was amazing. He was kind enough to cut up the fruit bowl very small so that my two year old granddaughter could just plow her way through the fruit.

The hash browns are never quite right but everything else was fine.
Now I have two servers to request at this restaurant.

Our server Abagayle was amazing. When our 18mo was getting cranky, Abagayle was quick to bring her the milk we’d asked for as well as a small container of fruit to keep the baby busy. Very strong ‘Big Sister’ vibes.
The shrimp wasn’t completely cooked inside, but the BOH was very busy, working as fast as they could. Everything else was perfect.

The only downside was when the grey-haired manager (who said she ‘stole’ Abagayle from Denny’s and has ‘known her for years’) decided to chastise Abagayle at the next table down from us, between our party and a table with another family.

I was seated immediately. The host Brandon was very nice. The waitress was very friendly, she seems new and probably just learning. The coffee tastes fresh, the restaurant is clean.. I arrived at 11:20, didn’t get coffee or water until 11:40, and didn’t receive my food until 12:10. However, I’m changing this from 3 stars to 4 because the manager was very sweet and gave me a 15% discount so kudos to her. Thanks . I also learned that they were short like 3 people today, so good job at getting things taken care of and changing my opinion from disappointed to happy and understanding. 5 stars to the manager Allie today.

Ali has been our server for the last several weeks. Ali is beyond impressive. She skillfully manages the periodically skeleton crew while ensuring that every patron is greeted and feels welcomed. Ali has elevated the IHOP experience from just a casual dinner to a feel of upscale ambiance.

Zero stars. No one acknowledges you when you come in. There were about 20 people waiting in line for over 25 min. 3 families walked out before we got there we heard. At least acknowledge us, tell us how long the wait is, put our name on a list, anything! cause it got chaotic with people coming in and no where to go or sit and not knowing people hadn’t been checked in. There were 7 clean and dirty tables we could see from the front alone just sitting with no bussers cleaning them the whole time we waited. If you offer free pancakes be prepared with employees to serve them, just get us seated is the important part.
And pancakes do not take that long to cook.

We had an amazing guest experience at this I hope location. Our waitress and the manager, Ali, both went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. We were also there when the lady that left a negative review was here. Her attitude was very ugly and she was clearly just trying to take advantage of the kind servers.

After a rough week, I decided to treat myself to some breakfast at my local Ihop. I enter the establishment and almost instantly get seated. I am then greeted by my server Draven. He was very polite and was very attentive to my table regardless of how busy it got. I must say, I was rather impressed by how well he managed not just my table, but all of his other tables as well. This is the type of employee I love to see. Good on this location for hiring such amazing staff. I will definitely be back again.

I’d like to start with saying that I absolutely love ihop and I’ve been eating at this location for the last 8 years but today was absolutely awful. We arrived at 1:17pm and it was quite empty so our waitress (the young lady working there with black hair and bright blue eyes name on the receipt said Jasmine M) had taken our order and there was some confusion when we were ordering as for some reason she had asked if I wanted 1 or 2 crepes and I said yes because I thought the normal crepe order comes with 2 but for some reason she thought that me wanting 2 crepes on my plate meant I wanted 2 full orders of crepes which I can understand the bit of the mix up there since I had also ordered the strawberry banana French toast as well which is a lot for a 120lbs female but I can get that I guess and told us it would be about 15 minutes till our food is ready. After taking our orders she had came back with the coffee and waters and I’d asked if I could also get a glass of chocolate milk as well and she proceeded to tell us she’d be right back with that. She then basically completely avoided our table and it wasn’t till 30 minutes had gone by when my friend stopped her and asked if we could get the glass of chocolate milk we had asked for previously and she then actually went to the kitchen to get that. She brought it out and it was the thickest and richest chocolate milk I’ve ever had(not great). We then waited another 20 minutes to go by till our order was finally brought out to us mind you there were only about 6 tables with customers including us. After we had received our food we got about half way through it and she brought over another order of crepes as if I had ordered 2 orders of crepes and it looked gourmet compared to the ones I had previously received. I then told her that I didn’t want 2 orders of crepes and got a slight bit of tension when she told me that’s what she was asking me earlier but still not completely understanding why I would want 2 full orders of crepes being such a small person. The French toast was cut about 3 inches thick as well which is definitely a lot for a 120lbs female including the 2 breakfast crepes and the side of hash browns with cheese. She took the crepes back and we finished our food and my friend even had to put his plates at the end of the table so she would know we were done (as she had been avoiding us) and we let her know we’d like the check and some boxes to go. When she came to ring up our order she had let us know that she fixed the check and removed the extra order of crepes that we didn’t request. She then had me sign the tablet which she had already clicked a 20% tip for herself which I didn’t plan on tipping that much due to how bad the service was as tips are earned not just given. It was too uncomfortable to change the tip amount as she was staring at the screen while I was signing. I clicked that I wanted a printed receipt as well and didn’t receive one till I stopped her and asked for it because the total came out to $82.11. Upon receiving the receipt I had realized that she also had given us decaf coffee and never even asked us if we wanted decaf which was really irritating as that’s part of the reason I went for brunch to get some caffeine to get me going for the day. Overall it was quite an awful enough experience that if I ever got her as a waitress again I’d leave or ask for someone else.

Our server was Ashley and she was so on top of everything, she even caught the missing cheese on my eggs before I had ever said anything and just as I was about to flag her down for water she came straight to our table with the pitcher as if she had read my mind! I gotta say I stopped going to the place before cus of bad service but decided to give it another chance today and it was amazing total turnaround Draven the waiter we had today was so caring so fast made us feel as if we were at home. It was busy and he never made us feel like we had to wait. He had regulars come in and just to see their expressions and so happy they were to see Draven made me know we had picked up the right place to eat today. We will definitely be coming back and asking for Draven.he the best

Shout out to Cameron! This guy was on top of everything! We legit thought that he was a manager, he’s a really young guy with some incredible work ethic. My partner and I could not stop raving about him at our table.
We were here two weeks ago and Cameron was the only server on the floor, though it was a early Friday morning and there were only three other tables with people he was waiting on them all.
Fast forward to today, January 21 and Ihop was buzzing. We were sat with another server but chatted with Cameron for a bit. He said it’s been really nice as they have hired more wait staff.
Even though it was a busy Sunday morning, our server got our drink orders quickly and was right back to take our order.
I didn’t catch his name but he was quite attentive and was sure to check on us throughout our meal without being overbearing. The food we got was delicious, the daughter and I got the Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘n Fruity combo with crepes and it was delicious. My partner got a chicken salad, minus the tomatoes and avocado. The greens were so clean and crisp and the while thing was just very fresh. My partner did mention that she does not care for their ranch however.
My mom came and visited us as she was in the area mid-meal. Our server was very kind ven though we took up his table for nearly 2-hours.
The whole experience was great.
I am not used to taking photos of our food, after we already dug into the sampler I remembered lol so the plate is missing a few things.
Great job to the staff and managers of Riverdale Ihop!
