The food is just dry. You have to use the computers to order. It’s too expensive now. If you use the coupons on the app, you can save money. I’ve tried several McDonald’s, and all of them have dry food. The drive thur has the rudest driver’s probably because they are drunk or high.

This McDonalds is kind of ghetto. Lots of undesirables sitting outside asking everyone for money. There’s even a person posted at the drive through. It gets really crowded and slow during the breakfast rush hour. I don’t have any issues with the food, except you can never order any ice creams, soft serve, milkshakes and flurries because their ice cream machine is NEVER working or they just don’ t want to meticulously clean it. I dont have any problems with the staff. You can sit and dine inside now and pre order from their new kiosks located right inside.

I went thru the drive-thru at the mcdonalds on wilson way here in stockton, & purchased 4 grinch meals, I get all the way home & NONE of the meals had the grinch dill seasoning for the shaker fries… VERY DISAPPOINTING… I tried calling to speak to management, but everytime I called it was OFCOURSE busy signal… I called for 2 days straight… at that point it just wasn’t even worth a drive back over there…. I think I will start going to Burger King up the road… Im very disappointed in that McDonalds… OUT OF 4 EXPENSIVE GRINCH MEALS NONE OF THEM HAD THE DILL SEASONING IN IT…(& all 4 meals had the exact same socks!) Ruined my whole experience!.

This McDonald’s has got me in a funk cus I love Mickey D’s and I’ve come to this one frequently; however, my most recent experience has highlighted some important failures in their business approach. I ordered some sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins (around 11 AM so granted it was during their lunch hours), and was told to wait in one of the parking spots for my food. I put in my sauce request then parked in the spot. When I received my order, they did not provide my sauces, then I also noticed they put the folded, yellow style of egg that comes out of a tube instead of the fresh cracked egg in my sandwiches. I went inside and they told me they ran out of the fresh eggs as well as the salsa I requested. Where my problem stands is that I had to go confront them about the order, and they responded in a manner that showed they know they messed up, tried to hide it, and didn’t think I’d notice or confront them about it. They also did not offer the ameliorate the situation in any way. I realize they are in a constant rush, but to give someone something they didn’t order instead of just being honest and saying they don’t have the ingredients for the order, and to think people will just stay silent is ridiculous and a poor way to handle the situation. I have also come in to this location a few times and ordered fries with no salt, and every time they put salt on them. Some people have dietary restrictions preventing them from eating salt so this is pretty messed up, but also some people just don’t want to pay 4$ for old stale fries so they ask for no salt so a new batch has to be prepared. Start making fries to order or at least in smaller batches, and have a separate section for saltless fries so you don’t accidentally hospitalize anyone. Y’all are a McDonald’s, you can afford to make some necessary changes/“sacrifices” now get it together ya fools. Anyways, check out this sandwich everybody. Instagram worthy don’t ya think?

Nice and clean. The bathrooms are electronically locked so you have to ask the staff to “buzz” you in. Kind of inconvenient, but it prevents crazies from living in the bathroom and preventing patrons from using it.
