Our group of four recently signed at Native Grill and Wings in WestGate, Glendale Arizona , and overall the experience was mixed but promising. The food was definitely the highlight of the visit We started with a chicken salad , which was fresh and flavorful. The greens were crisp, the chicken was tender, and the marinated sauce on the chicken gave it just the right kick of flavor. It felt light yet satisfying, showing that Native takes care in preparing quality salads. Next can’t the lemon pepper wings, which were the favorite of the table. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor, they disappeared quickly and were so good that we end up ordering another round . Native has a great reputation for wings, and the fish lived up to the hype. We also tried the everything pizza not sure if that’s the proper name but this pizza has everything meats, veggies, what ever you needed this pizza had it. It was hearty she well topped, though it received just average feedback from the group. While enjoyable , it wasn’t quite as memorable as the wings or salad. The menu itself is diverse, offering something for eveyone-salads , wings, pizzas, sandwiches, and other hearty entrees. It’s a great place for a group with different taste and cravings especially if you enjoy casual dining with a sports-bar atmosphere. The restaurant is filled with TV screens with sports Galore. Where things fell short was in the service. Our server was genuinely warm, friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the table service was slower than expected, especially given that the restaurant was not particularly busy. It took a while for our table to be attended to, and the drinks that were ordered never arrived ( they were kindly removed from the bill). More frequent table checks and quicker follow-up would haveade the experience smoother. Overall Native Grill and Wings at Westgate had good flavors especially their wings and plenty of menu variety. With improvements in attentiveness and timeliness if services it could easily become a standout dining spot in Glendale. I did get a free scoop of ice cream for my birthday. Thanks Native Grill and Wings. I forgot to mention that it does have a full service bar with bar Seating.

If I could give this place a 0 star i would. Please don’t waste your time or money here. The service was horrible it took about 45 mins for our food to come out. The pizza was raw from the breading to the cheese when picking up a slice everything completely fell off the breading. The boneless wings had absolutely no breading they tasted like they had just came out of boiling water. If you’re looking for a good place to eat wings/pizza consider going elsewhere.

Ashley the “manager” hung up on me after me calling about light loads of wings, asked her to have her manager call and she didnt care to take my informationat all.. I ordered and had them delivered. Nothing opened by any means and she told me she cant do anything unless I get my handicap self in a car to drive them back. HORRIBLE attitude. Here are your photos Ashley. This is NOT a pound or a half pound. Possible one is a half pound, not a chance are these full orders. And NONE of them are saucy like we ordered either. Also shown in photos. Im more mad I have to make something else to feed my teen boy rather than having what I ordered and PAID for. She also told me it wasnt busy at all when we ordered. So what’s next. The phone magically hung up? Sadly this location has fallen badly. I didnt call when my husband picked up a month ago. I didnt mention much when we ate in a couple weeks before the last order as they seemed short handed but tonight. This is strike 3 and someone should hear it.

I have been sending people to this place for the last 5 years. I have large groups that come in. On Tuesday they have. $.79 wings. As a business you have to know that you will be busy. How do you have to wait to be seated and wait forever for your food, just for it to be cold. And the wait staff doesn’t even care if they bring you the wrong order or if they just flat out forget your food. As of this moment I will just have my people just to head to Chicken and Pickle, right across the street. Let’s see how it looks here then.

Found hair in our ranch, service was very quiet, we couldn’t heard much of what the server was saying. The manager came by as I pointed out the hair in our food, he did replace the ranch but I did ask if they had hairnets on the kitchen and refused to answer. I overall, drinks were good but I received our salad’s 30secs before our food was brought out. About 15-20mins around opening time.

The wings and all the flavors taste good. The wings are crispy . I love the wings here, and the cookie ice cream desert. BUT THEY GOTS TO CLEAN THE TABLES, SEATS, FLOORS ARE SO FREAKIN STICKY!!!! NASTY WINDOWS AT THE ENTRANCE. LACKING IT ON THE CLEANING.

This was tough. If I could give a 3.5 I would probably do that. When 3 out of 4 things ordered are average to below average, gotta go 3 stars.
The fried zucchini and loaded tots were alright. The tots stayed crispy. The fried zucchini breading had zero seasoning so it lacked flavor. The pazookie was also just okay, nothing great.
The WINGS! The wings I would give a solid 4. I got them double fried. The General Tso was my favorite. It was just so flavorful. The honey hot also hit its mark. Sweet heat, but not too much heat.

I recently had lunch there. The bartender, Ashley, was incredible. Even though it was very busy and there was only her and the manager on duty, Maddie, she was very attentive and had a pleasant attitude. The strippers and onion rings were great. Both were fresh and hot. My issue was with my Togo order. I ordered cheese curds and when I got home and opened the box I was shocked. The portion was so small and burnt for $10. I have worked at the Tempe location and eaten at Native Grill and Wings locations in the east valley numerous times. Their portions were consistent and much bigger. When i called the restaurant and talked to Maddie she insisted that she had bagged the order herself and the portion size was correct per her kitchen manager. I don’t think it is up to Fat Brands standards.Now i am kind of afraid to see how my bavarian pretzels look and taste. Wish me luck.
