Sanitation grade of 91.5 , look at the pictures of the salad bar. Can you find the problems. Take a look at the picture of the men’s bathroom sink that look like it come out of Davy Jones locker Ivey plenty of Chuck eye steak that was better than their 12 ounce ribeye. it was cooked correctly, but it wasn’t tender. Three people came in at 7:08 PM and left because nobody tried to see them and staff didn’t even knew they were there. Amber my waitress was friendly but busy trying to run a bar and wait tables. overall I think the management is to blame.

Definitely not a great experience. We eat at Ruby Tuesdays close to my home but was traveling. Stopped for lunch during the holidays. Ribs . Well known for the size and tenderness. Although this Food was poorly prepared and extremely low on proportions. Made a notice of this to the manager, she seemed like what we was asking for was unreasonable. Although she brought out a half rack to split it was all fat and grisly. The waitress passed our complaint off as if what we get, is what we get. Very poor experience, for someone who eats at our local Ruby’s at least 3 times a month.

This place has enough room to seat customer. The salad bar needs to be covered a little more so that it could be a safer / shielded ( a little close to door so i think). The food tasted well. I would have given it a 5 but the portion was a little small for the price, none the less it tasted good. I had a pasta dish however, the customer service is not as great. It didn’t seem to be super busy yet it was somewhat difficult to get service waited for server at the bar . Bar a good atmosphere comfortable Prices seems to be reasonable. It’s clean and plenty of parking.

My wife & I came to dine in today. Nevaeh was our server and she was the absolute best! Everytime we come we always ask for her. She has worked there for years started off as a hostess now she’s a server and has the best personality we enjoy having her to serve us! Always makes sure our orders are correct, always brings refills, and always offers dessert at the end of our meal. She takes her job serious and does her absolute best!! Y’all make sure to ask for her or to get in her section.

This was the WORST dining experience we have had in many years! $118 bill, the waitress NEVER refilled our drinks. We had to ask the hostess for drinks, while we watched tables around us getting their drinks refilled. We saw our waitress 2x. Once to bring out appetizers which tasted like they came from a box. Next time was when the food was brought out. And the food was disgusting and luke warm. I am not sure how this establishment is even open. All of our kids complained about their stomachs hurting afterwards. I didnt even eat my food. Not even fit for a dog to eat. Honestly didnt even want to pay this bill for garbage.

My family went to dine in today and Nevaeh was our server! She has served on us several times everything we come here to eat we make sure to always ask for her if she’s working. We absolutely love her. She amazes me and my husband everytime by how she remembers not only our orders but several other of her tables orders and makes sure to call it back out to make sure it’s correct we noticed it today her memorizing her tables orders without writing it doen she has the best memory and such a excellent server! She’s one of the best at ruby Tuesday’s y’all ❤️

Looked forward to eating there for the whole 6 hour trip. We always eat there. The salad bar has gone down hill with very few choices and I ordered an appetizer that still hadn’t come after half an hour . I asked for the manager who still had not arrived after 10 minutes. The waitress was great and took the food we had not received off of our bill. We won’t be back.

Stopped in for dinner and was very disappointed. We placed out drink order and appetizer and while my drink came out in a reasonable time, after 15 minutes we had to ask for hers.
She ordered the bourbon salmon which was a tiny portion, lacked flavor and was just bland. I ordered the Ribeye, ribs and shrimp and it was very uninspiring. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t good either. I actually took the steak to go because I ran out of lemonade halfway through my meal and wasn’t willing to wait anymore.

My girlfriend and I came in for dinner. Amber was the bartender and we usually sit at the bar at most restaurants. I noticed it’s exceptionally clean, everyone was so friendly and we talk like we had known each other for years. Amber gets the gold star tonight. Our food arrived exactly as ordered in a very timely fashion. Five stars tonight for sure.
