I ordered 2 double stacks with no mustard ( my husband is allergic), got home and he ate 1 sandwich and by the time he got to the end he could taste the mustard. Looks like it was wiped off instead of new sandwiches being made. Just tried to call the store and no one answered

I ordered the #6 spicy chicken sandwich with an extra chicken sandwich. The patties are not the same as the original chicken sandwich previously! They are square shaped and thicker! They charge for a pack of sauce no matter what you order! New owners and ran very differently! I won’t ever visit this location again!

I been here 3 times less than a week when I get off work at night just to get me something to eat. The 3 times I’ve been here it been different worker’s hopefully that someone will make my fries fresh when I order my baconator fries. Nope they all do the same thing when I ask for my fries fresh they redrop it back in the grease & gets mad when I tell them my fries are NOT FRESH. There is this one young man that works at the Wendy’s on Harlem and Madison, his name is Mr.Estes he’s one of the best employees that’s they’re i say this because he’s the only one that I see.Wash his hands all the time.And a couple of other young men & their names are Romel, Alexa , i always see them wash their hands and they always work with a smile on their faced to me. That’s good customer service. I really think that they should put cameras in there and really pay attention to who’s washing their hands and handling food and digging in their nose. And in their ears and handling food, and I feel that they all should have hair nets on but other than that, those are the 3 that I notice that I’m very clean if it wasn’t for them, I would not be coming to these Wendy’s every other day to get A Oreo.

AI drive-through. We went inside to try and avoid the hassle and waited 15 minutes while the only cashier rudely argued w/ a customer that got the wrong order because of said AI drive-through. Ended up leaving, won’t be back to another Wendy’s if they can’t just adequately staff their locations and replace what understandably poor customer service is already provided by an underpaid and unappreciated staff.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service! When I went it wasn’t even 6pm yet and they had the inside locked….then I went around the drive-thru and they said they was only accepting online orders. So I placed my order online and it took a very long time still to get my food that wasn’t fresh. All while the manager was outside smoking a cigarette smh.

Let’s just say they’re lucky I ordered through UberEats and wasn’t there in person. I will be escalating this to corporate and posting these pics everywhere. People need to see this. They play with your food, don’t trust this location. This is what jr bacon Cheeseburgers looks like from them.

Just spent a good amount of time waiting in line at the drive thru. Which I usually tolerate but tortilla chips that are almost two months expired is very concerning and wonder about the quality of the rest of the food.

Do not go to this Wendy’s everyone in there is rude and obnoxious….. the worst Wendy’s in the U.S……. Period. If you go thru the drive thru it will take 30min before they even Notice you there. The Manager is a Rude person also. You have been warned
