I got a large deep dish pizza delivered yesterday and it was warm by the time that it got to me. The pizza was under an inch thick, barely had any cheese or sauce on it. I used to frequently eat at the other location before it moved. It was the first time ordering from this new location and I can’t believe that they’d let something like this leave the restaurant, a deep dish pizza as thin as my pinky finger

Ordered a deep dish with sausage, black olives and green peppers. What did I get? 1 large meatball – no sausage and a ridiculous amount of black olives. I did find it funny but unfortunately due to the over charging per topping on the pizza, I had to complain. $28 for a few slices of pizza and it’s not even made correct, no thank you.

We were in Chicago for a wedding and HAD to have some pizza before heading back home. Giordanos was the choice but wish we had gone with another option (Italian Fiesta) which we had heard about but thought our choice was a sure thing. NOT! I hate going into a restaurant and being met with cleaning supplies. The broom and dustpan were stashed right next to the hostess podium. After being overlooked, apparently, and “asking” to be seated, the hostess said, “I was just about to ask if you were dining in.” It took a while, yawl! We were seated and ordered Parmesan fries (DELICIOUS X100)! WOW! The pizza??? NOT so much! Our first order (which took 45 minutes to prepare; that’s not a complaint. We knew how long it would take but expected it to be worth the wait). It did not come as ordered! Spinach and sausage pizza with mushrooms on half and black olives on the other half. The first attempt had NO SAUSAGE at all, and there were mushrooms on the whole pizza! The remake took another 45 minutes (which were willing to WAIT AGAIN). They got it right, but the pizza was not heated all the way through to the center, so the flavor was lacking, and it made the sauce watery. It tasted like plain tomato sauce. The crust was ok, but I was looking for that buttery flaky crust I’m used to with Chicago deep dish pizza, but, unfortunately, NOT! We each ate a slice, paid the tab and took the remainder, and gave it away. We were sorely disappointed by this experience, especially since we had driven 12 hours and made sure we tried it. It was a big waste of time and money… sorry, yawl!

Such a great find for our family night out. The service was friendly. The manager Nicole was very welcoming and had wonderful customer service. The pizza had this amazing crust with cheese that hit just right. My husband kept sneaking extra slices , and the kids were practically humming with every bite. We all left happy, full, and already planning what we’ll try next time. So glad we found it!

We ordered a medium deep dish pizza for take out and the pizza was fresh and tasty, however, I’m not sure if mozzarella cheese was used to make our pizza because the texture and appearance of the cheese was very unlike mozzarella; no stretch or stringyness. ???

We are on the hunt for a delicious pizza, and we decided to give Giordanos a try. The drinks were great but a little on the pricey side for the size of some of them. The cheesy garlic bread was decent. The pizza was so so. Gave the impression of being a frozen pizza. Sadly, it’s not the delicious pizza we were hoping for, but at least our waiter was very nice.

First things first only reason why they get a 4 is the fact you can’t order any style pizza on any style crust without an make your own which cost more money that way…. I found that really dumb otherwise the Pies we got were stellar! We got a chicken bacon BBQ Which was good but drowned in Sweet baby Ray’s…. the other pie we got was a Pesto Chicken which we added mushrooms too and good God was that AMAZING would highly recommend the pesto chicken but we got it in a Deep style which isn’t on the menu and had to get a special order to order it the way we wanted.. dumb like I said lol… but great food very nice staff everyone was very pleasant, last the food will take a hot minute just be aware it will take like an hour to get your food be prepared for the wait is my other advice for everyone!
