Had an absolute delight at KPOT in VA! The selection is incredible — millions of options for meats, seafood, fresh veggies, and noodles. The broth options were fantastic and full of flavor.
I love that it’s all-you-can-eat style and you can choose classic hot pot, Korean BBQ, or even do a mix of both, which makes the experience even more fun and customizable. The soju pairings were delicious and complemented the meal perfectly.
It was an incredibly filling and warming experience — perfect for a cozy meal out. Just be prepared for about a 40-minute wait, but it’s definitely worth it!

It was my first time in that place and it was a very special experience because the waiter made our night very pleasant and eventually the food tasted better. Stumbled on this gem when looking for an open spot on Christmas Eve, not sure how we’ve been missing out! Family of 4 went with the Korean bbq, and tried practically everything from chicken to seafood, SO good! Our server Nicole was amazing and so attentive, and patient with us newbies! Will definitely be back!

Awesome restaurant when wanting to take the whole family out for a meal. Lovely decor and atmosphere. Fabulous service. Trystin was the BEST waiter ever. Child-friendly foods included, and we loved the K-Pop vibe! One of our children had the birthday song from the waiters and it was the best we have ever had. Had a great experience at KPOT! Our service was super efficient, not much of a wait time! And enticing flavors in the meat that did not disappoint. A affordable option in VA is also nice to have. Would highly recommend!

The food was good and overall it was a really good value! It’s an all you can eat, so you can get as much or whatever you’d like. I enjoyed all the things sliced prime rib, I think I ordered it several times. Man Son, our waiter, was great and helped explain to us how ordering worked.

Ray is a phenomenal server. Timely delivery, kind cadence, and upmost dedication to providing the best service the universe has seen.
Now for the other aspects, the quality is good no complaints there thinly sliced well marbled. Soup based are good as well although I would recommend getting two pots at least because the pot sizes are pretty small. the meat melted in my mouth (pause).
Now for the other aspects that weren’t as good. Beside the meat I feel like the other things were a tier below what they should be for example, the fish balls were just OK. I thought the quail eggs were just OK. The fried dough sticks were passable.
