I think it was a fluke but they were severely short-staffed… We still had amazing service and food though! Don’t mind the gravy on my pancakes went a little extreme this time

One of the best experience at a ihop or any restaurant in a long time. Me and my family travel alot and we drive from Nashville to come eat at this ihop. The food has been awesome and the service was awesome. The server, the manager, the check in and out was all awesome. I hope upper management and ownership do let them know how appreciated and hard work and do it well making us customers happy and our stomachs. Every time we travel from Nashville we visit this ihop now for the past year and no complaints, only but the building needs some upgrades and a little TLC, so the employees and the customers has a better work environment. No complaints of employees just praise, not messing with folk lively hood as its the norm in the society as folk just complains and dont think to complement anymore.
Please take care of this awesome team at ihop. Until next visit, keep up the friendly faces and awesome food.

Several of the staff were really pleasant and helpful. Our server was determined to be acknowledged. Not that we were trying to ignore her, but if she didn’t hear our answer or didn’t feel it was enthusiastic enough, she would repeat herself. She asked us what we wanted to drink and I asked what they had, and she just pointed at the menu in front of me as opposed to answering. All of her behavior was just very off-putting.
The food was only okay… and then I found a hair in it. The waitress didn’t really ask what was wrong with it just started to take the plate away and when I told her, she took the fork and started picking through the food to find it. They did end up compensating us for the meal.

This is the best I Hop that we have ever eaten at! The food is excellent! We love coming here to eat! They always go above and beyond with a smile on their face to satisfy each of all their customers. The best service at any IHOP we have ever eaten now. We will always return here to this IHop as a customer. We would like to take the opportunity as my husband and I to thank the staff and management for such great service and atmosphere. Came in around 6ish on a Wednesday. Waited for over an hour for our food. When our food got to our table, we had to wait for him to come back to eat because we had no silverware. Waiter never came back for refills. Me, my wife and 3 kids ate our food with nothing to drink. This place has gone down hill. Service is horrible, food was good. I think the waiters were having to cook as well. Definitely needs new management

The food was delicious, the server was great, but the wait time for the food was too long considering it was pretty empty at 2 p.m. or so. Also would have been nice not wait to be seated so long and while the staff took their time and finished their personal conversation. I would think a customer waiting to be seated would take precedence, but apparently not. Recommend taking better care of customers upon arriving.

The food itself was great, but unfortunately the service really took away from the experience. We were only given one napkin each, our drinks were never refilled, and overall it was very difficult to get help. When we asked for a to-go cup, it was brought out without any ice. After requesting ice, the cup was returned overflowing, which felt careless rather than helpful. The lack of attention and basic service details really stood out and made the visit disappointing, especially since the food had so much potential.

SWEET TOOTH SATISFIED!! I just wanna start by saying thank you so so much for making me feel right at home as if I was sitting in my own kitchen rather than a diner. I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew, and his personality alone lights up the entire room. I’m usually very introverted but he managed to bring that out of me. His customer service was top tier, made me feel special like I was an actual human not just another customer. And don’t get me started on the food!!! I requested my favorite crepes that was no longer on the menu, and he went out of his way to make them for me anyway also adding his own little touch to it making it that much better! By far the best crepes I’ve ever ate. Not to mention the cheesecake pancakes! They just melt in your mouth. Also, the presentation of the food was absolutely gorgeous! I’m a very visual person, so the fact it looked as good as it taste! Is a win! I’m usually not a huge breakfast fan, but he’s made me love it again! This establishment is truly lucky to have someone of his performance level.. He should be a chef! We will be coming back just to see him! Thank you again for making my night one I won’t forget! Excited to come back! Wow!
