I’m a man that just doesn’t get into writing reviews, but twice in about a week I’ve had an experience that is well above average, so I want to acknowledge the actions of well above average staff members. This evening my wife and I stopped at the Arby’s in Burbank Ohio while on our way to church. Went to the drive thru and ordered a quick meal to share, and then pulled over in the parking lot to eat before heading out. We soon realized that our meal was missing the small order of curly fries, but we were in a hurry so just wanted to finish eating and get moving. It was then that we saw a young man wearing the Arby’s uniform walking our direction across the parking lot and he explained the he had forgot to give us our fries, so he upgraded it to a large, and asked us to be careful because the fries were fresh and hot. I thanked him, and we soon were on our way. But I want to thank him again, along with the young lady that took our order. Both were very professional and went above and beyond. We will definitely be back. Also, my wife loves the peach cobbler. You need to give it a try!

Yo. I live brisket. Check my reviews. I get brisket all around the country and try it. I love Arby’s smoke house brisket. It melts in your mouth. The smoke lingers in the fat. The sauce is great but the distribution is never solid. Always one side or the other. Never the less you will not be disappointed y this sandwich. Broski, it hangs with chain smoke houses. Maybe not the homemade local spots though. They have that real work.

This is one of the worst Arbys around! Roast beef is always cold and rubbery with a weird taste! Staff is always rude! Only eat here for location covenience and when app has BOGO deals, not even that makes it worthbit anymore, I’m done! Stay AWAY!!!

I always get 2 Greek gyros, a large fry, and the Turkey bacon ranch sandwich.The line is ALWAYS SO SLOW. They feel as if someone is at the window, they can’t take another order. They wait til the window clears even if it’s just one car and then proceed. That’s not even my point though I sat in line for 15 minutes to receive my order to have Luke warm fry’s, gyros with NO Lettuce??? And my sandwich being $7 had no meat. I could’ve been more full and spent less money by going to subway. They did offer to remake my food but I wasn’t driving 15 minutes back to the restaurant. It’s okay to have bad days but the bad days seem to be everyday with you guys.

Too slow , what had been to fast food. Can’t even take orders and more people forward in line. Just leave people waiting a long to to order and then longer for food.

This was a great stop for us. Jalapeno poppers and husband’s favorite, creamsicle shake. The staff was nice and the bathrooms were clean. Nice kids working. Only downfall was another patron. Nasty local younger person. Driving up on people and acting rude to everyone. I guess there’s always one in a crowd.
Plus we saw the Amish man with the horse. Two times we saw him on this street. At the gas station too, parked. Cool to see.
