From the moment we walked in, the place felt welcoming. Victoria at the register was super helpful when my Chick-fil-A app wouldn’t scan my rewards code. Our food came out hot and fresh almost right after we sat down, and everything tasted great.
The staff did an awesome job keeping the restaurant clean, constantly walking around to make sure nothing was left behind. The play place was really nice, definitely one of the best I’ve seen. Everything from the parking lot layout to the pictures on the walls made this location feel friendly and well put together. Great experience overall!

I have always loved Chick-fil-A and I have never had a problem till now. I got a Market Salad and the lettuce was disgusting. I called about it Monday a week ago to complain. They told me I would get a free salad. I didn’t get it. Then I went on Saturday and talked to the manager. Again they took down my information and said I would get a free salad. I still have not received anything. This is not acceptable.

I had an incredible experience at Chick-fil-A, and I can’t recommend it enough. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. Every bite was a delight, and it’s clear that quality and taste are top priorities here.

I’m genuinely disappointed with the Chick-fil-A on the Carlisle Pike. This location used to be fantastic and detail oriented, but lately the quality has really slipped. My husband and I have had multiple recent visits where our orders are missing the extra toppings and condiments we requested.
For example, on January 19, we went through the drive-thru around 7:30 p.m. and ordered two Cobb salads. We specified all our dressings and the extra topping packets that come with the salad, like the bacon and peppers you sprinkle on. When we got home, we realized none of those extra items were included—no dressing packets, no extra toppings, not even forks or napkins. It’s frustrating because the purpose of a drive-thru is to get everything you need for a simple meal at home. Instead, we ended up having to dig through our fridge for substitutes.
I really hope management pays attention to this, because it’s becoming a pattern. Until they improve, I can’t recommend this location.

I ordered a regular deluxe chicken, got a spicy. Asked for light ice I got a cup 3/4 of the way FULL OF ICE. see pics. Your staff is awful. I wouldn’t be here writing this if this was the first, second, or even 3rd time you’ve screwed up my order. It’s a constant lately. You clearly don’t care. Word of advice to others if you stop here don’t use the drive thru so you can be sure you get what your ordered inside the store.

I didn’t take my previous advice today and used the drive through, and once again got my order wrong. See pic. I asked for no pickle. I got pickles. Went in December 12th 2025…. Noticed the staff working at 10:30am was speaking about customers at the main counter after they ordered… I’ve heard a lot of conversations that weren’t professional… I wasn’t even a customer I was a doordasher waiting for a customers food… was told the food won’t be out until another 5 mins then walks off and says what she was staring at me… comment directed to me. I was already waiting 10 mins prior befor someone acknowledge me to make sure the order I was picking up was being worked on.
I had another order to pick up the same day maybe a half a hour later… still the same results… name calling to the point a employee said it’s a goal to piss people off today…
I never expected an interaction at this restaurant like this but I will say I will never purchase anything here!

We love coming to Chick-fil-A! The food is so tasty and we always have a wonderful experience with our visits because the workers are always so kind. Have never had bad food here. In addition to the awesome food, they also have a play place for kiddos 3 and under! My toddlers love when we visit because they always get to burn some energy! It’s perfect for lunch on snowy or rainy days. The restrooms are also always exceptionally clean which is always appreciated with kiddos in tow.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The food is always hot, fresh. whether it’s the classic chicken sandwich, nuggets, or waffle fries. The service is what really sets them apart: the staff is consistently polite, friendly, and quick, making every visit smooth even during busy hours. I also appreciate how clean and well-kept the dining area always is. Definitely one of the most reliable spots for a quick bite that still feels like quality.
