I ordered at the drive through and told the lady I wanted a ten piece nugget by itself with extra ranch sauce and quarter pounder meal with a Dr Pepper. I get to the window to pay and she tells me my total is eight dollars and some change, so instantly I know something is wrong and tell her what my order was. She tells me that I didn’t say that I said I wanted a ten piece meal with a dr pepper. So then again I tell her my order three more separate times, a ten piece by itself with extra sauce and quarter pounder meal with a Dr Pepper. It took her quite a while to understand what we wanted and finally when we get our food we got two Dr Pepper’s, our nuggets and quarter pounder with the fries were right, but got two spicy buffalo and one ranch for the nuggets.

This is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. How do you go through the process to train people and this is the result. Quality food should be serve with every sandwich. This sandwich was very old I did not eat it and of course it’s dark from just sitting and nobody ordered extra mayo NOBODY!! I wasted my money and I highly recommend not to get food at night because the workers don’t give 2 cents. I would have turned around if I didn’t live a little ways out, but disappointed I was. I would have waited if they had to cook it and how long the drive thru was they had time to cook a fresh chicken patty. If I had an option to give a negative star I would. Hire ppl that actually care about customer service because I bet they wouldn’t have eaten that sandwich.

Nicely maintained. Convenient to Highway. Food hot and delicious. Menu items need expanding: add “basket of fries”. Afternoon shift manager needs to interact with customers when ordering hey have questions of a new cashier and not summarily brush off the customer without at least a courtesy greeting of the day when addressing the question of the cashier in training. Personableness counts these days more FAR more than ever. Not to do so makes for unfavorable memories of what is normally a standard enjoyable customer-friendly visit to just about any McDonalds in the world. I didn’t understand that one slightest bit. Didn’t even look at me (the customer).
And no, it definitely wasn’t racism or none of that sensitive crybaby non-sense. This was pure laziness of management. I was the only customer at the counter at the time.
Personableness counts.
Otherwise, a standard visit.
I recommend you visit for good food, and hopefully my experience was just a “one off”.

Had to pull off to the side to wait for the rest of my order. Sat there for over 10 minutes while two cars behind me got their order! I had to go in and tell them how long I was waiting and they said they’re waiting on big macs. I said just make my meal nuggets and left. Also shorted me a drink and I was not about to wait for that! They could stick it!!! Never again!!!

It never fails, when I would like a Milk Shake the machine is down, and when I would like a Coffee, their machine is down. It seems to me that the company that services their machines must stay very busy, especially in Lumberton, NC They are always down, even if I go to the other one theirs are down also. I just need to bypass Mcdonalds for now on.

Last night I order through the McDonald’s app. I arrived at they’re around 10:40. The filet of fish that I ordered was the absolute worst filet of fish sandwich from any McDonald’s that I’ve ever had! It tasted and looked like it had been sitting up under a heat lamp for 2 hours. The fries were cold by the time I reached my hotel room, which is only 2 minutes away from the McDonald’s that I received the food from. They were not busy at all. They had a total of five cars in the drive-thru. By the time I reached the window to pick up my food they could have cooked a fresh fillet of fish and fresh fries, but they made a poor decision by not doing so.

Worst place, I ordered 2 hot mochas, they pulled me up and 10m after never came with my order. I walked up to Girl on window, she said she don’t care and that they are really bussy and told us to come inside to speak to the manager. Came inside manager was talking on the phone outside. Then after waiting inside nobody asked us what we needed. Finally the mananger comes inside and I told her that we have been waiting for our mochas (hot mochas) she told us she will make them, she comes back with two mocha frappe, I showed her my receipt she went back inside and never came back. I had to take the frappe instead or I would have lost my money. Horrible service.

Service is great but the food…I don’t know what happened but my son’s fish looked like this. Barely any tartar sauce and a half piece of cheese. My Big Mac had overflowing sauce and barely any lettuce.

Absolutely horrible! Made a door dash order and it’s taken 45 mins for them to bag our food!!! That’s not even the time to drive to my home! What is going on at this restaurant? Management needs looked at here. It’s midnight. It’s not like this is a rush hour!! This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced bad service here. Someone really needs to be fired.

Food was microwaved and melted all over the wrap. Unacceptable presentation. No courtesy or greetings when it comes to service. They just push cars upfront to wait up for their food.
This McDonald used to be an excellent highly recommended spot a year ago. Upper Management better fixed the underlying problems at this place.
