First of all, I am THRILLED that Bruster’s is offering oat milk versions of many of their flavors. It is creamy, flavorful and absolutely delicious. I don’t think any store-bought dairy-free brands come close to being able to compete. A favorite has always been chocolate raspberry truffle. They really hit the ball out of the park with this one! Secondly, I recently reached out with a concern that I had about a recent order and want to take the time to say how impressed I was with the prompt and courteous response and willingness to make it right. It’s the first and only issue I’ve ever had with a Brewster’s order and I appreciated the opportunity to share my concern and be heard. Looking forward to hopefully more dairy-free offerings in the future. ☺️

Friendly staff when you walk up, they do a nice job greeting customers. That said, the kids working in the background seemed more focused on goofing off than paying attention to what was going on.

The biggest issue for me was the scoop size. This Bruster’s definitely doesn’t match the scoop sizes I’ve seen at other locations. If I order two scoops, I expect two full scoops — not what felt like two partial scoops split between flavors.

Overall, the ice cream is good, but the portion size and professionalism could use some improvement.

My order was completely wrong and paid $7 for a Sundae I asked for whipped cream pecans and hot fudge. I barely got any hot fudge maybe a tablespoon of whipped cream and no pecans at all. I barely ate.
Normally they get things right down there I go there quite often. But was very disappointed today being that I was the only customer there you would have thought they would have got it right.

Service significantly went down hill. Tonight we went and waited in line for more than 20 minutes for our ice cream. They then didn’t ring up our one ice cream. So that took awhile. They couldn’t ring up our order properly so they kept having to get the manger. We start driving and realize that didn’t put two of ice creams in there. It seemed like everyone there is new. The last time we went we waited 15 mins for two cups of ice cream. I understand new people training but you can’t have everyone new working the same shift. Incredibly disappointing

Wahoo! We just used the Bruster’s drive through for twice today! What a pleasant experience! Our order was filled quickly. The young man was so personable and professional. Loki loved his pup cup! We loved the great two pints and one free deal! Great, fast service with a smile!

Justin isn’t just an employee—he’s the reason I believe in customer service and love at first scoop. He served my ice cream like it was art, with the kind of smile that makes your whole day better. Friendly, warm, and somehow made cookie jar crunch taste even sweeter. Bruster’s is lucky to have him—honestly, we all are.

Disappointing lately…. Getting expensive and now they seem to be changing recipes. Chocolate cake batter used to be so good and now it’s just chocolate ice cream with chunks of cake in it. Also the flagship store in Beaver never offers a big variety of flavors. All the other locations seem to have 30 some flavors while they carry 18 at the original store & they didn’t even have the flavor of the month.

Very disappointing! The original one was fantastic since they moved to the new location they are outrageously slow and the portions are pathetically tiny. Two scoops of ice cream used to be full Scoops now they’re not even half of scoop almost $10 for two tiny scoops of ice cream and two waffle bowls I’ll pass what a shame because the old one was fantastic.

Kind of hard to be excited about the new location when this is our 3rd time here in the past week and the line easily moves about 5 times slower than it ever did at the original location. We are lifelong Bruster’s customers and LOVE Bruster’s. But today, we are sorely missing the old store.

Also, the 2nd time we came, it was to pick up a mobile order. When I got to the window, our order wasn’t made yet—the employee who greeted me wasn’t the friendliest, but I understand she was a bit frantic/caught off guard and hurried to go make our order. Once we received it & got it home, we found that there was no whip cream on my PB cup sundae…that is one of my favorite parts. In this instance, I will give them the benefit of a doubt because I did get down to the store pretty quickly after placing our order since we live really close by in Beaver.

However, that doesn’t change how slowly the lines have moved the other 2 times we’ve been so far. Seems weird that you wouldn’t project more sales and staff accordingly for the first few opening weeks, but I guess that’s just me? I’m sure they will get it all figured out—but for right now the inconvenience almost isn’t worth going until they do!

I became lactose intolerant in the last 6 months. They offer an oatmilk alternative which was very good. Thank you Brusters for letting me enjoy ice cream again!
