Went in at 1:00. Place was not busy at all. Seated quickly. Order was placed quickly (waitress was very friendly!). But then waited almost 45 minutes for food to come. They apologized for the wait but couldn’t see any reason it would take that long. We watched the table next to us sit dirty for 1/2 hour before anyone came to bus it. Again, there were less than 10 tables filled. No reason for everything to take so long. The food was good (although they did forget my side of hash browns). The glasses were very water spotted and looked pretty dirty- didn’t notice until we were halfway through our waters. We just wanted a quick lunch and ended up taking an hour and a half. Seems that management needs to step in and get things running better.

Valentina was a great waitress. Food was delicious and we spent $65 for 4 people. Very well worth the price. The junior cupcake pancake was so much sugar. Frosted pancakes are crazy . They did mess up my order but re made it immediately. Very happy

Horrible waitress made our experience of dining with our family miserable. We were seated in front of the waitress station by the back. All she did was complain loudly with staff, saying she only came in because of her employees and just was loud/obnoxious. Our waitress saw how uncomfortable we were but the restaurant was busy and we couldnt move. She was the lady that’s super tan with the short hair. If you see her stay clear. Giving a 2 star bc our food was decent but slow.

Everything about our visit today was poor. Service was awful. We were there for over an hour and a half before we got out. It took us at least 55 minutes to get our food, it was probably 45 minutes after we ordered it. We ordered nothing special. The food wasn’t very good when it came.
Dishes weren’t bust on our table dishes that were completely eaten off of sat in front of us for a half hour. The service person gave us an attitude about even busing dishes, and said they don’t usually bus them till you’re done eating and leaving? So she just said you’re their policy is to leave all the dirty dishes on your table until you leave. Wow, how is that for service?
This was one of the worst breakfast and restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. Even as I write this, my stomach doesn’t even feel that good and we just left that 20 minutes ago.
I don’t know that I could stress it more thoroughly in a review, I would avoid this place at all cost!

On top of that, my son ordered the shrimp dinner and you were supposed to get 10 shrimp. He got 5 and he got marinara sauce instead of cocktail sauce so we waited another 20 minutes to get the right sauce.

We took our daughter for birthday breakfast and had a lovely time. Our server was Barbara and just delightful – pancakes were perfect. If you are in a rush, this is not the place for you. But for a slower paced dining experience, well worth it.

Abysmal. Waited for 15 mins to be seated. The place was less than half full. We were finally seated at a table because there were 8 dirty booths. Several employees were standing around just chatting. One employee was hugging another employee who was crying. Could you not do that out of view of customers. Never saw the manager.
Finally ordered our food and waited atleast 30 minutes for it. Food came out cold eggs were runny. Scrambled eggs over done. Pancakes cold. French toast cold. Small portions.
Our server was really good though very friendly and polite.
I would be embarrassed as the manager of this place. Operationally broken. Dont have the first clue on how to run a restaurant.
Don’t know how this place stays in business. We will not be coming back.

When to dinner with family for the new Willy Wonka special and it was pretty crafty fun. I like the burger and the lemonade was delicious too. Service was good and the waitress was on top to see how was the food. To be honest it seem slow went we when in the evening. I do enjoy IHOP, can’t wait to come back for pancakes

Great! Read some other reviews on the way so we were a little worried because I haven’t been to an IHOP in over 15 years. But it was perfect I have not a single complaint. I recommend going to anyone.

Seated right away which was great! After a few minutes I had to get up and see how was going to take our drink order. She finally came took our drinks brought them and 20 minutes later took our order for food! We eventually got our food and my husbands steak was almost raw so I sent it back . Most horrible experience ever at this location. I come here every so often but after today I will never be back at this location. No tip!
