Hi. I’m Louis Wong. Chinatown is my home. With over four decades of being in this community as a businessman, I’m using my connections to local produce vendors, fishmongers, butchers, grocers, and cooks to create the Cantonese restaurant of my dreams. This space is for the lo wah kiu, jook sing, and friends from all over the world. Welcome!
Cantonese cuisine spotlighted in a roomy, casual eatery with a festive atmosphere.

The food comes out fast and the portions are massive. Always delicious and plenty left over. We were three and shared the Eggplant in Yuxiang Sauce, Singapore Chow Mei Fun and General Tso’s Chicken. The waiter was great and helped us with subs since we are gluten free.
There is a tiny bar up front but they usually sit people there to eat.
Their Cantonese style food is always a classic, and the dim sum here is definitely my favorite! Highly recommend trying their rice noodles and dumplings! The decor and atmosphere here is also very warm and welcoming, definitely great to come with both family and friends. Definitely brings back a lot of memories of having family style Chinese food growing up!
Can’t wait to come back and try something new from their extensive menu of Chinese food next time!!
We started with the dried shrimp rice noodle rolls. Super fresh, soft and bouncy, packed with dried shrimp and cilantro. Really, really good!!
Next was the S.P.S.S.S. (salt & pepper fried shrimp, scallop, and squid). Flavor was great, but it was a bit over fried and slightly too salty for me. Still enjoyable though.
The dried scallop and egg fried rice with raisins, shrimp, and bacon is a MUST ORDER! Total staple dish and honestly one of the highlights. So comforting!
Our waiter suggested the sizzling black pepper beef short ribs. The flavor was amazing and not overly spicy, but the meat was a bit chewier than I expected. Still good.
For veggies, we got the cauliflower and oyster mushrooms in XO sauce, which was a solid pick and balanced out the meal nicely.
Overall everything was delicious and the service was very attentive. Bring cash if you can since they offer a 9% discount. I’d definitely come back and try more of the menu.
We walked in and as a party of 4 we were sat quickly, orders taken and food served without a wait time that felt bothersome. It was a full house and short staffed but they did well.
Loved the food, decor and fastness of everything, which came out hot! I’d recommend the seasome chicken, General Tsao’s chicken and the prawn and spinach dumplings
I will come again
The place was packed, but the staff sweet, attentive, and fielded all of my mom’s small requests and inquiries (extra choy, is it fresh, etc?).
She ordered the braised lamb stew with tofu skin (requested lettuce at the bottom of the clay pot, to soak up the juices); salt and pepper frog, tofu stuffed with bamboo and mushrooms; steamed fish with ginger and scallions. (She basically tested their chops by ordering a steamed thing, a fried thing, a braised thing, a stuffed thing.)
All passed with flying colors, especially the steamed fish ✨ ✨ We came out feeling cared for and fed, which is not so easy to do! Ty team Uncle Lou, we’ll definitely be back!
(They also have beer and wine, to celebrate and ease the way.)
