Food: the Dave’s single was delicious! It was juicy and cooked to my liking . It actually was the first time ever trying a Dave’s single. It wasn’t made messy. Well put together.

Service: I was assisted by Ximena and Marcus. They both were so pleasant. Very personable, professional and carried themselves very well. Great customer service. The manager was on site and she was very pleasant to her workers and gave good direction on task that needed to be done. Respectable to her staff.. love seeing this… GREAT JOB WENDYS!!!

I don’t know a single person who has not been to Wendy’s. The food there is really good. In some aspects, it almost feels like it’s going to turn into an actual restaurant instead of a fast food place. Who knows maybe it will happen. Either way, their salads are very good, hamburgers are phenomenal. Their food is just really good!!!!

$30 for 2 adult combos and a kids meal. Food was good but the soda tasted like they had an all-in-one dispenser and a lime syrup was mixed into the regular coke as the machine wasn’t cleaned often enough, giving us an upset stomach.

Ordered well done fries. Not only were they not well done they weren’t even warm. When I point this out to the counter person she didn’t seem to understand the problem let alone have a solution. I told them to keep the fries and she just took them and said “well now we have to throw them away”. Not coming back any time soon

Okay this is Wendy’s. Everybody knows what Wendy’s is like. This one is the same as all the others. We purchased stuff on our app, and then picked it up at the counter when it was ready. Not much else to say. I give it four stars because it was fine according to my expectations. The restaurant was clean though, and I used the restroom which was also pretty clean so that’s a plus. The girl at the counter seemed rather confused. My order was up on the queue and then it disappeared. But she took it in stride and redid it. So it was fine.

Van full of kids, my wife forgot card..
Charges showed up when we came back they gave us card back. Was still being charged days later. Manager/ owner made excuses and wouldn’t cooperate.

I’ve lived in MD most of my life and we do not have chicken as tender as what I just ate at the Caldwell location. Every single bite was as tender as if it was a deep fried marshmallow. Even the chocolate Frosty & fries were far superior to what I’ve always had EVERYWHERE ELSE. The meal, staff, and whole experience was perfection in every way. I will be back! Thank you!

Ordered at the Kiosk and waited to pay for the order in cash. Everyone was just standing around and not even helping customers at the front. One lady had to leave the drive thru window to help another customer. She seemed irritated and started to loudly complain about her coworkers not being of any help. Seems like the staff needs to be retrained here. Felt bad for that drive thru lady though. Props to her for being aware.
