This is one of my favorite spots in the Kenmore area.
The food is always amazing and full of flavor.
The restaurant is clean and kept, and the folks behind the counter are super nice.
I usually get the chicken Philly rollies because they are awesome!
A friend of mine got the garlic chicken fries which were absolutely delicious!

Total deliciousness!!! How could I miss this place. My greedy 16 yr old wanted some dinner (like she can’t make herself something) sooo on the way home from out of town I said why not they were featured in the Kenmore paper. I am beyond content and impressed food was hot and delicious ! enough to feed two people! Oh yeah I will be back!!! I think I’ve found my new fav spot!

Just A Dad From Akron himself and I made the commute from the print shop and ordered as many of the “ROLLIES” as we could carry back to the car. First time here new resident. I called to order and no greeting or welcoming. Was told to order online. Cool, still ordered had to try it ordered go in and grab food customer service was terrible still no greeting or warm welcome. Customer service is so important to me and feeling welcomed is what brings me back to a business. I travel and review businesses…. food was not bad I had the shrimp alfredo. Not memorable but not terrible. I would go back for the food but with the customer service being so bad I will probably never return. Much love to my people. I hope they don’t take it personal. Just an honest review still try it!!

We’ve eaten at Nite Owl quite a few times. Everything has been really tasty and fairly priced. We had the catfish a few days ago and it was delicious. It had just the right amount of breading and was so crispy. The rollies are always a hit, too, especially when I’m not sure what I want to eat that day. I just love having a nice little diner right up the street.

Great food! Got the catfish and fries with boom boom sauce and okra. The catfish was super crispy and flavorful. Seriously the best I’ve ever had. Okra was perfect. Next time we play Akron, we’ll be back here!

The food was good but nothing special just average. The customer service is awful. They don’t allow for upgrades or side changes, which is a terrible business model, just charge the additional cost, hell make it even more to turn a profit. The staff acted as if it was an inconvenience that an order was being placed. I also saw in another review that they don’t even take phone orders?! The menu was printed on sheets of printer paper taped to the glass in tiny font, get a sign or individual menus. Yes the food was hot and tasted fine, but that only goes so far. If the business wants to succeed customer service needs to be a priority.
