I always get breakfast from this location. The food always comes out hot and fresh. Hardly ever a wait. The drive thru ladies are always so sweet. I wanted to mention that jay marie is so personable and always brings a smile to my morning. I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves. There’s also another lady that works there that went above and beyond and gave me a Christmas card. She’s honestly the sweetest and I always forget to ask her name. I know the food industry can be difficult, but they’ve always had a positive attitude when I’ve personally ordered. They even take the time to give me ketchup or extra napkins when I ask. And they always ask if I want to round up for the Ronald McDonald foundation. Which I personally know from my husband cousins daughter who was helped by this foundation.

Miss Kat at the drivethrough is THE BEST – very sweet & patiently and kindly helped me navigate the app (new user) & kept me from being the lag in the line. It’s a sincere pleasure to see someone with a happy attitude and genunine niceness in foodservice! The food today was hot/fresh & wait time from pay to pickup was less than one minute, even including my custom-order sandwich.

Seeing as how you all don’t want to answer the phone after being called 5 times I will leave a Google review, got into an argument with the order taker after they told me they could not do extra cheese or remove ketchup and mustard from a burger, on top of that all of my food was made wrong, my burger was ordered with extra onions and pickle and had neither, the buns of both burgers were wrong, I also did not receive 3 sauces and a 4 piece nugget that I paid for. Awful service, please step it up.

I can say after all my experiences at mcdonalds this one is the worse iv been to. So if we do curbside we can expect to usually have to go inside to get our own food because they never come out with it this has happened twice iv given up since. Came today for breakfast the food was cold they didnt give us the hot coffee and the lady went to tend to someone else so we had to ask her to come back and give the hot coffee. Then she didnt give us a drink carrier and instantly walked away. Which has cause my bf to drop the hot coffee on himself otw out big rip they are the only one in belleview.

Excessive wait time, the monitor doesn’t work so you can’t see if your order is up there and every employee acts like they don’t see you. Lobby full of people and employees talking to each other pretending like we’re not there.
Everything except the hash brown was cold.
The tables and the seats were dirty.
Don’t waste your money, $10 for a big breakfast and a drink, you can definitely go somewhere else for the same price and get better service and better food.

How is it that during Monopoly we’re not handing out game pieces for large drinks and BigMac’s like the of the restaurants nationwide. I wouldn’t be surprised if we weren’t hoarding pieces. Not the first time McDonald’s employees have been caught doing that. Also Tea tasted bad. Smh.

Went to get some breakfast this morning, the two ladies running the drive through were an absolute gem. Their energy was phenomenal. I appreciate the luv they gave customers going through the drive through.

i ordered a number 6 (2 ranch snack wrap combo) and a mcchicken. i paid, and was handed a bag of fries and a kids meal box. i said, i think you got the wrong order, the worker proceeded to ask me to wait at next window. that was a 25 minute wait. then finally came to the 3rd window where i was waiting and asked if i had the 40 piece mcnuggets, i said no im waiting on my 2 snackwrap combo, then had to wait more. after all that i was still missing my mcchicken. had to go around and pull in, go inside just to get what i ordered, again while workers were joking and playing instead of working and not only that while ordering food and paying at 1st window. workers were more concerned about laughing and having a good time instead doing job. Very upsetting i had to wait for food to be corrected while they laughed and joked when i was trying to order and pay.

Our group of 4 and the only people eating inside early in the morning….. Some of our food was cold and my egg and cheese biscuit didn’t have the egg when I received it. Stood at the counter as 3 workers went by I am trying to get their attention. Nothing. Finally a supervisor saw I was standing there with my eggless sandwich in hand. She asks what is the problem, I showed her no egg on my sandwich. She takes it, yells something to the workers in back. She brings my sandwich to the table and abruptly leaves. I opened my sandwich to find it cold. By this time the rest of the group is finished eating. So I went with out breakfast ☹️

Every other McDonald’s has a triple cheeseburger meal, but not this one. Even the one by Disney and every other one I’ve been to in my life has it. Also, I find it ridiculous that they are a “test” location, according to the words of this store’s members, and that this store gets to try different prices to see what people will pay, and that’s why every item costs more than other locations.
