So I literally go here minimum 4 to 5 times a week. I typically always order the same thing. I have had numerous issues. I get tired of calling because I feel like they think I want something for nothing but I don’t. I’m always willing to bring the food back if I’m able. I’ve even got food there that if i gave them my name i would not have to pay but I never use it. I always pay for my food because that’s not the issue. However, I just want my food!!!! So this morning less than 30 mins ago ( 11/10/25 @ 859am )I ordered pintos and cheese, add tomatoes and white onions, a veggie mexican pizza with extra tomatoes, and a chicken flatbread no Chipotle sauce add tomatoes WELL I can’t even eat the Pizza its over filled with beans to the point of being soggy.I go to open up my pintos and cheese and the thing explodes on me. Because they’ve smushed half the bowl, and the my chicken flatbread has no tomatoes and the bread is so hard i could honestly probably call it a taco. I dont understand, like, is it that hard to have a little bit of pride and integrity of what you’re serving people. Would you actually eat this Mexican Pizza? It’s so soggy from the beans. It’s mush, if I wanted baby food I would have gone and got that for alot less money. The ONLY thing positive about this place is the lady who works the drive thru in the morning and a few of the others that work the drive thru but the people making the food yall NEED TO DO BETTER! And yes, everyone has a off day, but out of the past five times i’ve been there.My order has been wrong or messed up or unedible.Three of the five times I’m over it! I have videos and pictures

How is it that a simple order can be absolutely butchered normally I go in and eat and that’s fine I usually get everything I order with minimal issues I decided to use the drive through and am missing items. I ordered a Mexican pizza meal got that that’s awesome but I go to grab what I had order the beef chalupa meal and wow surprisingly it’s not there jus the soft taco that’s supposed to go with it. I’m not expecting the world but come on missing items on a 3 order meal come on guys do better y’all weren’t even busy so now I’m foodless I don’t know how y’all are gonna remedy that but I would appreciate it if you do pictures have been attached thank you for listening.

I ordered Taco Bell using the app. My husband went to pick up the order. He arrived in the drive thru and have them my name cause I used my app. He said he received the order fast. After arriving back to the hotel, he sat down with the big Taco Bell bag. We ordered two customized discovery luxury boxes with drinks. Both boxes contained the new Flamin hot grilled cheese burrito, chalupa chicken supreme, a soft and hard shell taco, and chips and nacho cheese sauce, and the other meal had the cinnamon twist. We also had a loaded beef nacho belle grande, and a large nacho seasoned fries with nacho cheese sauce. The items were so nicely neat and packed inside of the bag and the food was so fresh. It was so delicious. Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants. There’s always something new to try.
The flamin hot grilled cheese burrito is tasty and hot, I don’t eat too much heat but we couldn’t turn taco bell down. My lips were on fire. But it was good heat. All of the food was loaded with ingredients, hot and fresh. We really enjoyed our meal. We will definitely visit this location again when we return to Panama City.

If you don’t like charcoal don’t come here. We came in on 5/1/25 around 5 o clock we waited over 30 minutes for our order we got home and most of our items were burnt and my cry wrap was all messed up with no tostada. Called commented on how most of our food was burnt and was berated by this rude woman on the phone who said other people like it and we were being unreasonable. I hope a district manager or the store owner sees this because this woman does not need to be in any customer service roll let alone management. I included a picture of our cantina chicken taco that everyone in bat county loves burnt to a crisp according to the manager. Spent 40 dollars on an order for my family that they refuse to remake or refund.

Taco Bell sucks anymore. They refuse to help you at the counter. An older couple came in and didn’t know how to work the kiosk. The lady at the counter said, ‘Sorry, we can’t take orders at the counter.’ They got upset and left. Is this what the world has come to? Not everyone is tech savvy; some are still old school and like to order face-to-face. When asked about it, they said it was more efficient and cost-effective. However, there is an employee who hands you your cup and cleans the screen after every order. Do better, Taco Bell!

Store 019753 Lynn Haven, FL. Drive through order 455, 6:18 PM. Cashier Gabrielle. 4 bean burrito, 6 beef crunchy taco, 1 Nachos Bellgrande. Asked the attendant if EVERYTHING is in the bag. Yes of course it is! Get home, no been burritos! Back to store 019753, Lynn Haven, FL. Go inside, walk up to the counter, show receipt, tell them order short 4 bean burritos, handed a bag and was told “we saved them for you” with a big smile. My issue? 30 minute old burritos in the bag. 30 minute old tacos (not crunchy anymore) and 30 minute old soggy nachos waiting at home. Seriously HORRIBLE SERVICE! I know it’s fast food but Sheesh!

Very welcoming staff and quick service. My only issue is the quality of food, but it is well made as opposed to sloppy. Hey, it’s Taco Bell, don’t expect fine dining, you will get some time in the bathroom after eating. The two times I have been here the staff has been very attentive and the service fast. There is limited parking for bicycles however, and they have gotten my name wrong both times. I do not blame the staff for the mispronouncing of my name however, as it is an uncommon name in America. (French name, not a common French name IN America.) Overall, my experience at this Taco Bell has always been pleasing, and I recommend this location for fast food.

They were quick to deliver and the food was hot. This location always looks really clean and taken care of by the employees. The only knock i could give is that the whole order at kiosk thing is beyond dumb and annoyingly slow.

This is the slowest and rudest taco bell. Taco bell took away a person at the counter just to save on labor dollars. Claim it makes for better food service and less on mistakes on orders.
This is so not the case.
Taco Bell needs to get it together and fix the Lynn Haven location.
