This place used to be good. Now the management doesn’t care about speed or quality.
Cold food from sitting on the counter for so long, burnt food, inaccurate order, just the worst culvers experience ever.
The people are nice, but there is absolutely no sense of urgency or effort. Management needs to get their junk in order because everything flows from there. Care more about your restaurant and stop being so terrible.

The heat inside is unbearable. We have complained everytime we are here and nothing has been done about it. I have sweat running down my back it is so hot, trying to eat my lunch in the dining room that is at least 80 degrees and not my car, running the engine to cool down.
My shrimp was so dark like it was refried.
My wife’s fish had no flavor. Very dark and I think shortening was due for changing! French fries even though requested fresh came to us not hot.
The friendly service waa missing except for KiKi who was friendly and worked hard to redo our order.
Maybe staff would be more happy and friendly if not for the miserable conditions they are working in – no cool air, overheated. Plus employees? were listening to music, videos on their phones in dining area on speakers with cuss words. Really? Is this the way Culver’s operates now?

I come to this Culver’s about 2-3 times a month, as I do love the food the customer service is terrible 90% of the time. I speak clearly yet they can never seem to get my order right but when I ask for them to correct it then they want to give me attitude. The girl who is always at the window wants to tell me they can’t use my card when I use it every time and wants to be rude every time I come. She never greets the customer or says thank you. Honestly I don’t understand why they have her on the window if she can’t greet a customer properly.

I’ve been at other Culver’s locations. This one wasn’t particularly that great.
They made a mistake in my order.
Have to say, they did correct the mistake.
And didn’t give me a hard time, like other large, fast food chains do.
The bathrooms weren’t that clean.
Neither was the rest of the restaurant that good with housekeeping.
The food that was for served was still good.We only went for site orders.A shake and a ice cream.

I love culvers but we waited at the window 2 minutes for someone to take are order and no one was in line. The lady at the window was very mean and not polite and sounded like she didn’t want to talk to us. We used a token for our ice cream and she stilled charged us so we had to point it out and the food took forever, we order one meal and we were the only people there.Im disappointed culvers. I dont normally write reviews but im very unsatisfied with this location.

If i could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a simple order of 6 piece shrimp with Mac and cheese, sweet tea and pretzel bites. And my husband ordered a fish sandwich After sitting at curbside for 20 minutes I got out and went inside after one of the employees stated she would find out why our order wasn’t out yet as well as bringing us the right drink as we ordered a sweet tea and got an Unsweetened tea and never came back. I went inside to ask why all these other cars behind us were now gone and we were the only one still waiting and stated i would just like a refund after waiting for 20 minutes. No im sorry or anything just rang up my order again and refunded. I was at least expecting them to say sorry it took so long but no communication or anything very poor customer service. Will never return.

LOVE that they have a vegetarian option. Thank you!! Hard to get a really good option at fast food places. The veggie burger is not only delicious but every time I’ve been to this location the staff have been extremely friendly (even one gal was standing in the 90+ degree heat outside taking orders and had a smile on her face and a friendly attitude. I did ask her if she was getting enough water!). Definitely recommend for good food and good service.

My first time eating here & the Buffalo chicken tenders were fresh, hot and delicious. I would definitely order again. I was disappointed by the ice cream. It was so grainy and had many tiny chunks in it that made the texture unbearable. I was disappointed because I heard how good Culver’s ice cream was. The drive-through system needs to be a little better when you’re waiting for your food but overall, I still give it a 3 because the chicken tenders were out of this world
