Chili’s has been a staple restaurant we go to for good bar food. Our meals were served quickly and very tasty. Our server Gina was amazing. She was probably the best server we have ever had. She was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. She also took time to share personal stories with us.

D.j. our server was very professional. Great job. Attentive. Food was perfect and hot. Not to ruin the review but I am 56 years. Mom and dad 80s, it’s hard but D.j., try and break habit of calling us brother about 10 times. Read your people. I only say because I’m in biz 45 years lol. Great job though

We were part of a table of 7 and I am was from Wisconsin. Been here in Palm Bay Fl for four years.i use to go to Chillis alot back home always had the chicken crispers and Loved them. Told everyone I Was with they were the best so 3 out of 7 ordered them they were terrible. Hard to chew like fried twice or something. I went by the kitchen to go to the bathroom and the kitchen was a mess like a bomb went off in there. So I don’t think I will be back sorry to say because I loved there chicken crsppers…

Really chill restaurant, got in, greeted by nice servers. Then, I ordered a barbecue burger with fries and a drink, really delicious except for the cold fries. Had to ask for a refill basket, but the burger of course made up for it! Meat was a bit pink, I don’t know if that’s how it was supposed to be, but it was still incredibly tasty! Would come again!

Be extremely careful getting delivery via any delivery service. My food was delivered within a sealed bag with hair in the meal and a white substance all over the corner of the package that was definitely not a part of my order. Disappointed and warning others.

Normally, I don’t leave google reviews. However this was the best service experience my best friend and I have had in a while! We had DJ as a server and Erin as a bartender and they were an absolute delight. So attentive and kind, the atmosphere was such a good time.

Its been awhile sense we’ve been to this location. Going to be awhile till we go back.
After ordering beverages, took 10 min for server to come back to take food order. Our appetizer came out quick enough, and the food i would say came too quickly as my Fajitas were way under cooked and barely smoking. Veggies and meat was under seasoned as well. And there was no char on anything. The chicken i almost sent back and the steak was tough. Just not good for a $22 meal.

My burger was undercooked and almost raw in the middle. Our waitress addressed the issue quickly. Of course the next burger was overcooked but I ate it anyway. They took the burger off our bill so I was pleased with how they managed the issue. Overall the rest of our food was good and the service was excellent.

Went and sat at the bar and ordered an appetizer and 2 chocolate lave cake to go which upon getting home (keep in mind i live waking distance from the restaurant) we realized we forgot our lava cakes (it’s like 10:54pm) so we’re blowing up their phone as we’re on our way there so we get back up there (time is now 10:59) and doors are locked, we see people inside as they also see us and nobody answers the phone nor do they answer the door! I never got my 2 chocolate lava cake or a flipping refund! Bad business! Won’t be revisiting my local chili’s located here off wickham directly infront of the Walmart at Sarno road! The bartender was decent though, kinda upset with the decent tip we left her especially after not reminding us when leaving we we’re forgetting out to go order. Now I’m thinking of it i should/could of frauded the entire damn charge….
