Probably the worst chic fil a i’ve been to. This is the second time this has happened. I order an english muffin with sausage, no egg and no cheese, yet here’s what i get. I’m so irritated that i spent 15 dollars for food i can’t eat. as you can see on the receipt and the tags on the sandwich, it CLEARLY says no eggs and no cheese. I won’t come back again

Not really sure why curb side takes so long. I’ve watched cars show up after me get in line and get food and leave before I even get my curb side. I wouldn’t recommend curbside if you even see a long line. Said 4-8 min wait and I was there for 15 mins. All I get is a milkshake every time but i genuinely reconsider due to wait times in general. Yall are so much quicker when serving inside.

This is the most disappointing and worst tasting Chick-fil-A I’ve had in a long time. They gave me the smallest/skinniest chicken tenders I’ve ever seen and my fries were like warm at best. My lemonade was the best part of my meal. Won’t be back to this one.

This restaurant is always clean, and the workers are incredibly friendly and welcoming when I visit. Even the drive-through experience is hassle-free, and the food is consistently delicious. However, this time, I believe my sandwich may have been undercooked. This is the first time this has happened, and I’ve been a regular customer for quite some time. I’m not sure what caused this particular incident compared to my previous visits, but overall, it’s still a great location.

Very nice personnel. However, don’t pull forward in drive thru until you’ve double checked your order as they forget multiple items. They kindly replaced when we walked up to the counter.

Not only do we go weekly but the staff makes sure to stop & say hi to my kiddos. They look forward to dining in! They also do fun activities over the holidays with the kids! We have made ornaments, decorated trees, played bingo! So nice especially when there isn’t a ton of things for kids to do around town here!

Avoid this location—unprofessional and inconsistent.
I’ve never experienced such poor service at a Chick-fil-A. I ordered a Cobb salad through the app with a simple request for extra tomatoes. When I arrived, the cashier argued with me and refused to make it, claiming they don’t do customizations after 8:30 PM.
I ended up going to the Barracks Road location, where they handled the exact same order perfectly and with a much better attitude. The lack of diversity and the unwelcoming vibe at this first location were impossible to ignore. If the goal was to make me feel unwelcome, mission accomplished. I won’t be back.

Went through the drive-thru this morning and they left out my parfait from the order. I got to work and realized it was missing. I called the store and was told to call back, they couldn’t find the manager. I wouldn’t complain, but this isn’t the 1st negative experience I’ve had here. I used to live closer to the Barracks Rd location and I’ll now start driving out of my way to avoid this Woodbrook location. Messed up orders and bad customer service do not get my business. Do better!

My granddaughter, age 7, requested going there after shopping. She had her cousin with her, my other granddaughter, age 6. We had lunch it was great. Then Santa was there. I had no idea. What a great lunch for them! They were so happy. He was a great Santa.

First of all, the drive through is blocked off and only accessible from one way, which if you’re not familiar with this chick fil a, it makes things extremely difficult to simply get into the drive through line. 2nd.. when I pull up to an employee named Astrid, she wasn’t helping anyone in-front of me as there was no car in-front of me. I pull up to where she is, she doesn’t look up, does not greet me, she is only looking down at her iPad. It took about 30secs at least for her to look up and acknowledge me. I worked at chick fil a in college and I know the importance of greeting customers. Very sad by this interaction especially since she wasn’t busy prior to my arrival. The drive through was efficient and the food was good but the inconvenience of the drive through and the lack of politeness from the employee was very sad for a Chick Fil A.
