Went through drive thru for a 1/4 lb cheeseburger combo with a cherry limeade and a butter pecan shake on the side.

.1. The line was slow and long, after reaching the speaker to order i had to wait an additional 3minutes
, 2. My shake was handed to me without a thank you or here you go ma’am NOTHING!
3. The cherry limeade was handed to me in the same manner…..no words, just silence

Was so ready for my shake and cheeseburger, after putting straw in shake I took a sip and it was nothing but a watery mix of sour tasting milk and chopped nuts…I immediately made a u-turn back to Braums Waxahachie +

Before I got there i called and asked to speak with a Manager, the girl that answered the phone was laughing in the background and stated somebody wanna speak to a Manager VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

The Manager identified himself as Hector, answered the phone as if he was answering his home phone not as a person in charge of running a business that is in the business of the serving the public I told him I see why your employees are putting out trash to customers by the way you answered this call! I explained the situation and told him I’m coming back for a refund because at this point I do not trust that you all.will remake it properly, asked him to meet me at the counter because I’m back in the parking lot while still talking to him

I entered the Braums and stood at the counter, no one acknowledged I was there, I was ignored and the employees acted as if I was invisible! I stood there for at least 8 minutes! While waiting to be treated like a valued customer, I opened the burger up and it was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted! My Fiancee entered the Braums and said we need our money back for this Limeade too, it bitter, not full, and theres no cherry flavor, it was NASTY! Then a girl comes and ask can I help you. I told her I needed my money back for this trashy shake and this “cheeseburger” that WAS NOT HOT ENOUGH TO EVEN MELT THE CHESSE ON THE BURGER!

The same Manager I watched come into the restaurant and to the back several.times without acknowledging me either. It was not until there was 3 customers b3hind me that someone acknowledged me! Unacceptable!

The Manager seemed to be unbothered by my disgust in what his employees had put out! He proceeded to act as if he didn’t know how to process a customer refund and continued to peck on the screen for at least 5 MORE MINUTES! It was only until I started recording he all of a sudden remembered how to process a refund! This Manager and his employees blatantly, willfully, and wantonly played around with my Fiancee and I 2ith no remorse nor fear of consequences!!!
THIS …HAS…TO….STOP!!!! EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE NOW AND IF SOMEONE DECIDES TO SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA TO EAT OUT THEN THEY SHOULD BE SHOWN SOME RESPECT AND GET EXACTLY WHAT THEY PAY FOR AND RECEIVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE WITHOUT ANY CUSTOMERS YOUR DOORS CAN AND WILL BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!

I’ve lived in this area for nearly decade and have been to this location several times. The service used be pretty good a few years ago but recently it’s been horrible. About a month ago we went to get ice-cream and I asked for a scoop of peppermint and was told they’re out. Ok, no problem. Asked for mint chocolate chip and they were out of that too. So I asked for a simple cup of vanilla soft serve and they didn’t have that either. At that point I just told they young lady that I didn’t want anything and she rolled her eyes and walked off. Other times we ordered ordered food and had waited 20 minutes for it. Nearly every time the employees seem annoyed when they have to interact with customers. I used to work at Braums as a teenager and other restaurants, as well as retail so I understand how obnoxious and rude some customers can be. I always make sure to treat those working in the service industry with respect but the employees here are just annoyed with anyone who comes in wanting order anything.

The place was so dirty and it didn’t look like it was from a day of business. There is slime near the ice dispenser. Lots of employees, but none were cleaning. Management needs to make cleaning a priority and make multiple rounds throughout the day. I honesty don’t know how they would pass a surprise inspection as this is the 2nd time I have been here (don’t live here) and both times it was nasty. Also, while they wore gloves, they took money at checkout and went back yo getting food with the same gloves.

The people attending the drive-thru are pleasant, but without fail they’re ALWAYS out of bananas… it’s just a nuisance when we wait in a long line and then they hit us with, “sorry we’re out of bananas.” Like arent y’all a grocery store too? Lol, grab some from y’alls produce. But for reals, it’s a hit or miss.

Terrible all around. I try to be gracious, I understand things get busy. I worked fast food for 5 years, I know what it’s like to have your hands full. But terrible customer service is not excusable. And it’s unpleasant every time I visit.

Most recent experience. Waited two minutes at the drive thru before I heard from anyone. I even made low audible noises to let them know I was there. I had to roar my order cause they weren’t listening. And then the guy on the speaker ended my order by doing a loud burp on the speaker.

I get handed the wrong persons order, they must’ve forgotten the guys order in front of me. They then tell me to park up ahead while I wait for my shake, so I do, but they take so long, the car behind is stuck and can’t leave so I make a loop around the building and park across from the drive thru window. I wait and wait, and nothing. I have to call them and let them know I’m still waiting for my malt. Rather than apologize, I’m asked why I drove off. The girl finally comes out and rudely hands me my shake.

Terrible and inexcusable.

Oh yeah, I tried calling them, was waiting for 5 minutes for them to answer. Terrible service.

Fiance wanted ice cream, she had braums at another location. So we went to our local location. Drive through was out a ways but nothing seemingly ridiculous. It took 37 minutes to get to the order kiosk. I ordered little Caesars, got out of the truck walked over, picked up the food and walked back before there was any movement. At 48 minutes in line we paid, cashier sounded like he was done with the day, understandable at 10pm. Line moved a little quicker but then we get to the pickup window and they say all their cakes were moldy so they didn’t have any cakes for the sundae . . . “do we want a replacement?” I had never been to a braums before so I don’t know what they had, I didn’t even know there was cake in the sundae. We asked what would a replacement be? And the answer was “well we can make it without the cake” the poor girl was out of her depth, she was obviously not set up for success. I can almost understand not knowing until they started to make the sundae so I can understand maybe not letting us know before we paid. But no manager came up, no offer of discount, and for the proverbial cherry on top . . . the sundaes were sadder than an ASPCA commercial. No extra anything. The hot fudge looked more like a Hershey’s syrup, there were more stems than cherries. As for the ice cream scoops, let’s just say I’ve seen bigger. The only reason to maintain sanity after all of this was to embrace the fact that they acknowledged the mold and didn’t try to serve it to us, but they’ve lost our business.

The customer service here is awful- they are rude, and put little to no effort into anything that ordered- they will give u an ice cream that is drilling and sticky- I mean there’s just no regard for going the extra mile or putting in effort. I hate that because I’ve been to other brams locations all over Texas and it’s not like this. I don’t know who Managment is- but they take no pride in developing their team – students won’t get jobs in the workforce outside of high school and be allowed to conduct themselves like that- so why not develop them at this one?! I mean I shouldn’t leave here agitated every time I come because the employees are just simply rude… good grief, I don’t need a ref carpet rolled out but a little effort is expected as you are being PAID to do so.
