I got some jalapeno poppers that were great as well.
My fountain drink, Coke zero tasted like seltzer water. Guess they need to change the syrup bag.
Service was pretty slow. I was in the Drive-Thru and had to wait almost 15 minutes for two cars in front of me.
My food was ready instantly and I drove away within 2 minutes after I got to the window.
Not only was our order completely wrong, but half of the food we paid for was missing. That alone is frustrating, but what really made the experience worse was the customer service. The employee who helped us was extremely rude from the start — no greeting, no effort to be polite, and a very clear attitude the entire time. It felt like we were inconveniencing her just by being there.
When your order is already messed up, the last thing you want is to feel brushed off or treated poorly when trying to fix it. We paid for food we didn’t receive and were treated like it didn’t matter. No apology, no effort to make things right, nothing.
I’ve had plenty of good experiences here before, which is why this was so disappointing. But between the missing food, incorrect order, and genuinely unpleasant service, this visit completely ruined it for me. I really hope management addresses this, because customers deserve basic respect and to actually receive what they paid for.
