We were seated nearly immediately and as we weighed our options our server delivered a basket of some of the most savory rolls I think I’ve ever tasted.. Warm, heavily basted in butter with a hint of garlic and topped with grated parmesan and what I believed to be parsley flakes, the rolls were decandent..
Our table sampled sliced tri-tip, baby back ribs, pulled pork, baked beans, corn casserole, twice baked mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and the nutty coleslaw.. I will offer comments about my choices, which were pulled pork, corn on the cob, and baked beans..
Everything was delivered to the table on stainless steel platters.. I received a generous portion of pulled pork.. It wasn’t shredded like I’ve experienced in many BBQ restaurants, so that was a plus.. It was quite flavorful and a light application of the house BBQ made it quite enjoyable..
The baked beans were also flavorful and portioned just right as far as I’m concerned.. The corn on the cob was grilled, which resulted in the kernels being more firm than soft like canned corn.. A little added butter and salt made me yearn for summer cookouts!!
My plate included small portions of pickled onions and pickles, too..
The atmosphere within the restaurant and the service were also fantastic.. I’d say Rattler’s has done a pretty good job delivering tasty BBQ in the heart of Santa Clarita!!

Great place. I really like the service; the waiters are always polite even when they’re fully booked. The food is delicious, especially the meat. The portions are really huge. The prices are reasonable. I recommend it.

Gave this place another shot and they are still on their old ways. Asked for well done and got this . Last time I was here I asked for well done and they brought it almost bloody. We asked for them to cook it longer, and they brought a brick, black and burnt completely disrespectfully. They must have lost their old chef or something

First time here with my grandparents and my mom. We had dinner here so it was pretty busy but our server was very communicative about the wait times on food. I got the Santa Fe chicken sandwich with a side of fries and Mac and cheese. My mom got the pulled pork sandwich with the vegetables and Mac and cheese for her sides. My grandparents got the pork ribs with coleslaw, Cesar salad and mashed potatoes. Everything and I mean everything was absolutely DELICIOUS! I really enjoyed the garlic rolls that were given. The strawberry lemonade as well as the watermelon lemonade were delicious and refreshing. They were served in big glasses with free refills too! Out server Robbie was the best! He provided wonderful service and had a great attitude! We enjoyed our first time here and we would definitely be back soon! Thank you Robbie for a wonderful first experience!

I ordered some BBQ ribs with Corn and a bake potato . They accidentally gave me the wrong plate that came only with 3 ribs. However before I mentioned it the server realized it and brought me a fresh new order. I was not expecting such good and polite service. The food also was very tasty. Tangy BBQ and also you can order it spicy or on the side. The Mac and cheese was also delicious very creamy. I was so hungry I just ate the meal before I can even take a pic.

First, the offer Military/Veteran discount. Thanks for honoring our Vets! BBQ Nirvana. Everything here was good! The Roundup is more than enough food for three. The Tri Tip was outstanding. It had good flavor, was tender and cooked perfectly. The baby back ribs and beef ribs were just about fall off the bone delicious. The sides (Mac n Cheese) and vegetables were great. The onion straws on the top of the food was a great addition. Our server, Justina, was awesome.

I enjoyed this place! Its hard to find good bbq outside central states this is my new place i must go when im out here
-Food portions were good- i wish mac and cheese portions were bigger everything else on my plates was + sized ( only complaint i can think of)
-Waitress/staff were great waitress was on top of everything i forgot to ask for ranch passing by waitress said ill get it no attitude she grabbed it with a smile must be a non hostile work environment…hard to find
Food came out fairly quickly and freshly hot
Prices are really good when you consider taste and portions
I will be recommending this place to everyone i know!
