I really like Snarf sandwiches generally. The bread is yummy and great variety on the menu. I’m becoming exhausted, though, with how often this snarfs location leaves out items from my order, put hardly any ingredients in the sandwich itself, or use old/rotten ingredients. Can’t count how many times my husband has had to go back to the shop to either have sandwiches remade or retrieve what they left out. Only reason we keep buying from the location is because it’s closest to us and when they do it right, it’s delicious. The sandwiches are expensive…it should be more consistent. Manager, please take time to train your staff.

First time coming here and it was amazing! Got the pastrami sandwich, which is something I’ve probably never had, but the guy taking my order suggested it. Food was the bomb. I’d definitely return if I’m ever near.

I can only comment on the food as my son ordered takeout.

But my sandwich was amazing! High quality bread and meats. Very fresh and delicious. Also, be sure to check out their burgers at SnarfBurger!

I remember when this snarfs was “the new location” still my favorite sandwich shop. These days that is only possible due to their gluten-free bread options. Probably the best gluten-free bread out there.

Toasty Italian sub, hero, hoggie, grinder… Whatever you call it, this one is pretty darn good. Surprisingly a bit pricy for their smallest, but I’d return.

They got some good sandwiches, the bread had some good crunch to it. The ingredients are good too! It’s worth a try for sure

Oh Snarfs, I used to love you. Unfortunately, recently the service and food has gone way downhill. The sandwiches are sadly empty, the price is up, and the employees are mostly on their phones. On my recent visit our order was wrong (twice), the food looked sad, and the bathrooms were dirty with nonfunctional items (no hot water, broken paper towel dispenser). Please bring back sandwiches full of great ingredients!

These guys nearly always do a great job making a tasty sandwich, except in one respect – in my experience their 12″ subs are usually at best 11″ subs. My most recent 12″ order had 9″ of filling in a 10″ bun. For the prices they charge, you’re better off getting the 7″, which is more likely to measure up.

Two weeks later – tried again, still tasty, still nowhere near the advertised size – this one is 10-3/4″ at best, though in this case they got the filling to the edge. Maybe they should just say they’re selling 11″ subs and price accordingly.

So ordered three sandwiches total for my family. My sandwich (the super club, no ham extra turkey instead) was good. Everyone else’s…not good. They put two pieces of bacon on the entire Blt. And my son’s grilled cheese half of it didn’t have any cheese. The guys working there seemed annoyed to take the order. They didn’t put any toppings on anyone’s sandwich, or ask at the counter. Supposedly they all come with the generic toppings unless you specify. But we received nothing. If not for my sandwich turning out decent I’d give one star. I also have to say they seemed very understaffed. Two young guys working when there are inside traffic, DoorDash, online orders…every table inside was dirty because these guys literally don’t have the time to clean. The floors were trashed. Management should not be expecting two teenagers to run an entire store on what is a very busy Sunday. Picture is of my super club which as I said turned out okay but also cost almost 14 dollars for the regular 7 inch size….every regular sandwich we ordered was basically just overly toasted bread.

That’s it – I am completely done with this Snarf’s location. If an online order is promised at a certain time and it’s consistently NOT ready at that time, something needs to change. They are very convenient for the businesses in this area, and they do make a good sandwich. But the service in general and especially the wait times to actually get your food are ridiculous. Forty minutes wait time for an online order of 1 sandwich on a random Tuesday is not what I would consider good service. But if it was actually ready when I got there, I guess I would continue to give this local shop my business.

The straw that broke the camel’s back? Today when I asked if my order was ready after placing the order 40 minutes prior, I was told it would be ready soon. Fine. I get it. Lunch hour is busy. 10 minutes later I asked a different worker if they could check on my order, and they handed me my cold sandwich that had been sitting there the whole time. Had to bite my tongue.

Your sandwiches are great. Service, staffing or management needs a serious upgrade.
