Me and my husband stop by to get food for our daughter after her class – one of the employees told us we couldn’t go through the way we were at a stop sign so we waited for all the cars to go through to go through the driveway in the proper way- then they took our order and when we stop to get our food she refused to give us our food because she said we didn’t go in the proper lane in the driveway she got very disrespectful towards my husband telling us to get out of her driveway like she own the restaurant- she took off her name tag so we wouldn’t complain about her but we took a photo of her of her and was given her name by another manager – I’m posting her picture because we as a family that’s been coming to this fast food restaurant for a while felt very disrespected by her actions and she doesn’t need to be in the position they have her with the lack of professionalism. I never go out of my way to ever give any bad reviews but today it felt the urgency to do this because of the amount of disrespect we felt at this restaurant today.

I’m really disappointed with this Chick-fil-A location. Every time I come here, my fries are cold.On my most recent visit, I was also given unsweetened tea after clearly asking for sweet tea. This has happened on multiple occasions. What made it worse is that when I called to complain, they did very little to help or make it right. Even my 4 yearold daughter said her kids meal was gross and cold, which says a lot.

This location is horrible. Every single time I go there is something wrong with my order. On several occasions they’ve shorted me on my nuggets (4times). Eventually, I decided to call and speak with a manager. I got the run around 2 times until I finally made a complaint on the website. The regional mananger called me and comped my incorrect orders. I stopped going for a while but decided to try again today and today…my Sun-joy was literally water with a splash of tea for color at the top. I didn’t count the nuggets because we started eating them before I thought to but this is really just my last straw. This place will not see me again.

Ill call it what it is. “The Worst” Chick-Fil-A is Houston. Weekdays its bad but If you go on the weekend its a complete mess and I don’t mean the tables. Pure Chaos. This is a location is where the staff is overwhelmed, disrespects client’s and has the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Before we paid i asked what was the wait time for food, the manager said “it will be over a 45 minute wait. .” Nope. We walked out!

Took my shake back bc it had no strawberry flavor in it… they make it again exactly the same then put it in a regular Cup with no whipped cream and still no strawberry flavoring. And look at me like I’m the problem. The picture shows how it has no strawberry flavor in it

Upon walking into the restaurant, it was strange to see the lack of line structure present. Lucky today, it was on and off raining outside, but I could only imagine if it was busy. The main thing is my order, I appreciated receiving more than enough sauces to enjoy the sandwich and waffle fries. However, I was super disappointed in the mac and cheese. It was burnt like it was sitting on the bottom of a pan in one place just being overheated again and again.

This is by far the slowest Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. While the staff is friendly, the food is sub par with my fries often not being hot despite my wait time, and the speed. That’s the major issue. I understand busy times but waiting 20 minutes in store for my takeout food is insane! Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. They definitely give the majority of their attention to the drive through.
