First time here on Kirkman Rd and I like it. Very fast service and friendly servers. Can dine in or take food to go. Usually empty during rush hour time and has plenty of fountain drinks, utensils, napkins and parking. Clean store. They’re open until 11p so if you need a quick full meal, drop in.

They do offer take out service here. However make sure you check your order thoroughly. I had to come back. Granted it was lunch time and things are a bit crazy anywhere you go. All and all. The food taste was consistent with every time I come here. Good food. Could be better. Tend to have more food while eating in.

The workers were more concerned with their personal conversations than actually helping guests. The customer line was only getting longer and they seemed to be moving slower. their food line was so messy and dirty. It made you not want to eat there. managers act like they didn’t see the line didn’t offer help. They clearly were overwhelmed. The people here cannot do their job efficiently. I didn’t even get to order. I waited in line then just completely walked out because when I got to the front, no one greeted me still. As if the wait to get up to the front of the line wasn’t long enough.

The manager and whoever the female cashier was around 4pm today. VERY RUDE and may need to be trained on customer service, There is no reason why there is more than 6people in a line and a cashier walks away and when asked if they could help out getting the line down she stated “you are not my manager” very rudely. I’m very displeased with them and left a very sour taste in my mouth

The delivery guy was an absolute hero. I was hosting a lunch and learn for a company where Abdellah, the delivery guy, met me. I came to find out the address was incorrect.. As I’m on the phone with the company, I’m being told it’s a different suite. Abdellah and I end up walking throughout the entire building twice, while he’s carrying what felt like a 50 pound box of food. He was a real trooper and I couldn’t have done it without him.

Usually have no problems at this location but they had a sign up saying that they can’t process payments for at least 15-20 minutes. I don’t feel it’s personally necessary to lock the door so that nobody can come in when the restaurant hours still list as open.

Chipotle’s usually great, but sometimes the rice portions feel a bit small. When I ask for more, the staff seems annoyed. Could they just check if the portion is enough before moving on? Small fix for a big improvement!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, pretty much felt like they didn’t want me to order. Besides frowning at me the entire time, didn’t tell me the options or even really said more than “what do you want?” To me. And then when the food was bagged, it wasn’t properly closed and put on its side so it ended up leaking in my car. Honestly regret even going.

Every time I’ve been to this location they always have all of the ingredients available. This is one of the only locations I can vouch for in regards to them having food ready. They have good customer service, but what I really care about is the fact that their cook is no sluggard. This chipotle is solid
