I came in a couple of days ago! And had an amazing time! My server Mellissa was very sweet, and made sure we had everything we needed plus more! She came and checked on us multiple times. Thank you for the amazing service! I recommend asking for her to be your server every time!

I was greeted and seated within a minute or two of arriving. Shelly was my waitress today and she was pleasant and personable. The overall was delicious. My crepes came out more in a pile on the plate instead of rolled but still tasted great. Shelly was even so kind to add a side of whipped cream to go with them. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting. Thank you for the great food and customer service.

Food was a little warmish. Not her fault of course. Make sure the cook is aware of over easy and not let them turn to over medium.

Food was great! It was super busy but or server Sam was terrific! It’s always a better experience when your server is on point and I can’t remember the last time we had as good a waitress. Definitely will be coming back!

You guys! When you visit the Pocatello IHOP location you HAVE TO HAVE TO HAVE TO ask to be sat in Melissas section. You cant miss her. Big bright smile long dark hair you cant miss her! AMAZING table side manner and the best and quickest service you could ever ask for. She is the definition of a superlative service provider. Server or waitress doesn’t do her justice. She’s the best!

I came in this evening, Kenna was my server, she was AMAZING. She was so nice, so attentive and understood me and my husbands requests easily. My (very picky) husband had a bunch of modifications on his food and she was so accommodating and checked for clarity. She was so kind throughout our entire interaction. We were very well taken care of during our visit, and up until the end she was the sweetest! Absolutely will be returning. This girl rocks! ☺️

Derek was absolutely phenomenal! The whole restaurant was slammed but if he was your server you’d never be able to tell! Exceptional service and poise far beyond the likes of ihop! We WILL be coming back to see him!

Derek and Liz were amazing servers here at I Hop! We were seated and taken care of quickly and Derek was even able to correct a wrong with my meal with zero hesitation. The restaurant itself is clean and well managed. The staff is well mannered and kind. We will be returning!
