The roll is perfect.

They do have a “lunch meat sub” but I’ve never tried it. The beef is all I need.

The reviews lead me here. I was craving a Philly. Drove about 30 mins out of my way to Gabriel’s in Westland. First impression was that Gabriel’s gives that small town feel that I love so much. The staff was extremely friendly. Recommended the cherry peppers to me. Super simple, super quick, and the cheesesteak was elite!!! I will make this a regular stop of mine going forward. Thank you to the staff who made my first time there awesome!!

I ordered the cheese steak with cherry peppers. I also got a bag of chips and a pop. My son and I enjoyed the cheese steak very much. The meat was very tender and seasoned well enough. L
The staff were very kind and pleasant to talk to. One of the lovely workers even gave my son a chocolate chip cookie!
Overall, I would definitely stop here again if I were in the neighborhood. If you wonder whether or not to try this joint out, give it a shot.

Hands down 100 times better than the original store in Ypsi! Sarah makes the best hoagie in Michigan!!! The lunch meat specials are on point also!!! Definitely recommend

A friend of mine was doing repair work on my car and I’m from Pennsylvania so I know a good cheesesteak when I taste one it was very close to what I grew up with although I don’t know why but growing up in Pennsylvania a cheese steak always came with onions peppers mushrooms and tomato and you have to pay extra for them because the cheese steak only comes with onion I mean that’s not that’s not a Philly cheesesteak

I should have thought this thru before I put it for Uber Eats. They definitely didn’t think about it before it was sent out.
I ordered the cheese steak with American and mushrooms.
By the time I got my food, my bread was soggy. It had little to no cheese, and the meat was not flavorful. I’m wondering how this place scored a 4.6/5. I could have made this better myself. Thank God I had some leftover wingstop ranch to douse my hoagie in because there should be some form of condiments sent with my order.
Pro Tip: Use better bread like artisan or brioche. Next toast it with some butter. IF IT’S BEING SENT IN UBER. PUT CHEESE ON TOP NOT IN BUN DIRECTLY OR IN A SMALL CUP.
