We had an issue with our mobile order when attempting pick up through the drive-thru. The manager-on-duty was wonderfully accommodating and made sure our issue was resolved. I would give 6 stars if I could!! Bathrooms and dining room were clean and everyone provided excellent service.

Stopped to get something quick to eat and got in and out fairly quick. I hit at a busy time in the late afternoon but the staff was working hard to keep up with a busy counter and drive through at the same time and add to that a number of mobile orders to take out. I was impressed at their speed with all that was going on and the guy who waited on me had a smile and was friendly, glad I stopped in friendly, and got my order right away and was going between the counter and bringing food out, he was busy but was doing a super job. The store was clean and neat, well lit and bright. It was a bit noisy but with the crowd it is understandable. I didn’t go into the play area but it looked big and had seating for mom and dad to sit and eat while the kids played.

I ordered 1 double quarter pounder meal, and 2 happy meals. It took them 15min just to get the happy meals. Missing sauce. Go to counter to get sauce, no one at counter and people behind counter see me and ignore me. Finally get sauce, still no quarter pounder meal. 15 more minutes go up to counter finally get it. Open box to find a burger that is just falling completely apart. I get its a burger and all but the grease was just out of control. Fries were too salty too eat. Waited 30 min for that??? I got up and left. Somehow, my daughters enjoyed their meals so not an entire loss. Seriously though, do better!

I stopped at the McDonald’s in Alamosa, Colorado (100 Craft Dr) during a recent trip, and my experience was pretty average overall. I went through the drive-thru, which moved at a reasonable pace—not lightning fast, but not frustratingly slow either. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal, and while the food wasn’t exactly hot off the grill, it was fresh enough and tasted how you’d expect from McDonald’s—salty, greasy, and satisfying in a fast-food kind of way.
Inside, the restaurant looked decently clean, although a few tables hadn’t been wiped down yet. The staff were polite, but they definitely seemed a bit rushed, maybe trying to keep up with the lunch crowd. One minor issue was that the soda machine was out of a couple of drink options, but I managed to find something that worked.
Overall, this McDonald’s delivered a solid, no-surprises experience. Nothing exceptional, but it got the job done when I needed a quick meal on the road.

The price went up the sizes went down. Normally they have typical service but today was sub par. My first interaction was fantastic. Very kind and helpful. My second however had the employee walking away while I asked a question about the ice cream machine….. my kids loved the interactive playroom. Much better than the pee soaked ball pits of my childhood.

Absolutely trash, can’t get orders out to you on time and they always mess up your order. When they bring the food out to you they walk away to fast and you are forced to go inside to get an issue resolved. They won’t answer the phone when you call either.

In the past I have had to wait too long for service at the counter, and then I was often met with eye rolls and an irritation.
But today, Monday 9/22/25 at 330pm, the blue shirt on duty responded immediately, was very friendly and accommodating.

I was at your facility yesterday when there was a female manager that the employees kept calling Bonnie I don’t know how to spell it in a gentleman by the name of Gage, Gabe, gauge or something in that nature, then there was a manager I don’t remember who he was Very professionally dressed, he had his hair done. He looked professional. and then there was two females also regular employees as well as that one other gentleman I’m not too sure what his name was gauge or something so what happened was the female manager and two employees got into an argument, and there was a lot of cursing in a lot of arguments going on and then the young manager came out and told the female to just walk away it’s not worth it and she walked away after he stepped in and then the male manager stepped out, and during that process he apologized to everybody for the language and everything that was going on and he said he is sincerely sorry for what happened and he wished all of us a great night. I had my kids with me when all these arguments are going on and all discussing was going on that it was ridiculous that I felt like I went to an adult show that was 21+. that it was ridiculous that I felt like I went to a adult show that was 21+. When that young MANAGER walked out the female MANAGER and the young man I think his name was Gage started talking about the lady who was cleaning the lobby the employee And that she deserves to lose her job and that gauge‘s mother deserve to be full-time Then the female manager, and that young man started talking about how they could cover their asses and get rid of the lobby lady and the young manager who left The female manager was mad because apparently that young man had an issue brought up to him about The young man’s mom that apparently works for you guys and he kept saying that the other manager, he should’ve just stayed out of it, and the female manager should’ve just taken care of it like she said she was And they kept bringing up another man’s name, a different manager and saying that they were gonna use their ways to get that young MANAGER fired and the lobby lady and I think his name was like tell Tal or something And that if they have the same story, they could get those people fired, which I think is very unprofessional of a discussion to have in front of customers with children while cussing I just wanna say thank you to that young professional manager who apologized to me and my children and to all the other customers about the issue that was about I have communicated with other customers and have told them that they should press complaints to because was that MANAGER and what that young employee were trying to do to the other manager and the other employees is honestly sickening that McDonald’s would have employees like that working for them for that young MANAGER, I just wanna say thank you for apologizing to me and my family that made a huge difference between me walking out that night and going to HR for a refund to me going to HR to complain on the MANAGER that young man and how much cussing was going on while I was there waiting for my food I had to request for my food to be bagged instead of me, wanting to eat in the store with my children for how crazy everything was going I have talked to a lot of people and I will be make sure that they do make reviews on those managers The female manager for how rude and disgusting she was and for that young employee for how rude and disgusting and he was to talk like that in front of customers and then for that young manager, that was so professional so polite kept a smile. I will make sure that he gets all the credit for what a manager should be in a situation like that I am disgusted by the Female manager, and that young employee for how they were talking about other employees in front of customers and all the cussing and arguments that were going on

Maybe it’s just me, but I thought that fast food should be fast not 30 min in a drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me . If you’re in a time crunch .. don’t eat here. Another reason not to eat here is the customer service. Horrible attitudes from the associates and the manager was not helpful. In short I paid way too much for such shitty service and such a long wait .
