Very disappointed. White Castle used to be my favorite go-to spot. This particular location continuously charges for items that they don’t have. They don’t bother to tell you and then act as if you’re being petty when you ask for what you paid for. Management definitely needs improvement.

This is the best white castle in the entire planet. I’m not sure what King lives here but all of the staff is amazing and they treat me like royalty. They are insanely good at what they do. It is always busy so please be patient and kind to your server and you will get great service. I came here at 3 o’clock and spent about eight minutes and drive through and they had many cars in front of me. It moved very quickly and the food was hot and fresh.

Came through the drive through. I was ignored for 10 minutes. Then yelled at by a worker for not stopping at the right window. Windows that were unattended! Extremely unprofessional. I left cause had I stayed there would have been an altercation for sure.

Went inside to order take out and every single young man working was polite, friendly, upbeat & pleasant to speak with. They were very helpful on demand & listened when my husband & i asked for anything – then did it with no attitude or problems. It was nice & the 1st time in a very long time to be in a fast food joint in this area and feel comfortable and that Im not the problem for wanting to eat for a change. And Thank you to those nice young working guys cooking & taking orders! We will go back 100 times over because of this great experience & absolutely recommend.

Getting off work at 4:30 am just to donate money to your business because the night shift isn’t doing their job, except sitting around collecting a check. The guy that took my order had frustrated about taking the order as I could hear vulgar language coming from the speaker so ordered anyway just to see which White Castle not to visit again. This is the second one in two weeks that completely wasted my money and I can’t believe they still have job. This one and the one on Natural Bridge and 170 both need to be fired for future references I will be taking my business elsewhere. I just remembered one other late night restaurant that’s open when I get off.

I will just start by sayin NO!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Worst location I have ever been to, to date. Bathrooms and lobby are not cleaned. Freestyle pop machine empty of most selections. Employees are rude and un helpful. Food was disgusting and ill prepared. Just save yourself some unwanted bathroom time and dignity and go somewhere else or to a different White Castle location. Smalls Sliders down the street is an excellent alternative. I even saw one of the White Castle employees eating there instead of their own store with their company apron still on. If I could go with zero stars I would.
