Paid for a large…this is what I got. Recently noticed this locations portions are not what I’m paying for. Great customer service though I will say. Just wish they would get the portions right, especially with prices in this economy.

My husband went thru the drive thru on 10/29/2025 and spent $28. He got home and we started eating. ALL THREE BURGERS WERE RAW. It looked like they got seared on both sides but we’re extremely raw on the inside!!! Absolutely disgusting.

Over the years this location has gotten worse it seems. I went to the drive thru tonight and had multiple issues. First, while I was ordering after every item the lady would cut me off saying “is that all?”, no that’s not all. When I’m done I’ll say that’s it. Stop cutting people off through their orders. Then I get to the window to pay and get my receipt, I’m looking at my receipt and a whole meal is missing from my order. So I wave at the worker through the window and tell her and their response was “oh that’s what you said before the large drink and fries” well duh! Maybe if you would shush you would hear the peoples whole order and you would miss every other item and make customers repeat their orders 3 times. While paying for the second time for the meal that was left off, another worker from the front comes back and I hear them clear as day say “We don’t want to serve ice cream anymore tell her it’s broken.” Thank god the worker processing my order turned and said “No. She’s already paid just make the damn ice cream.” Finally I get to the food window, I take my drinks and ice cream and I notice that the ice cream fudge sundae I ordered has a measly amount of ice cream, it’s barely half full. At this point I’m beyond fed up so I just take it. They go to hand me my food bag as they are reading off my order and I realize they STILL didn’t have the meal I repaid for in my order. So then I’m asked to pull forward and they will bring the burgers out to me, two regular cheeseburgers with no onions, I wait for over 10 minutes for these two small burgers. My husband and I’s fries are now cold, our ice creams are melting and I’m about to get out to go in myself to get my he rest of my order when a worker comes out and hands me the bag saying “here’s your stuff” then turns and walks off. Worst customer service I’ve even experienced in my life. It’s just baffling that people are so lazy that they can’t even be bothered to do the job they are being paid to do these days. I get home and start eating only to discover that the two burgers I waited for aren’t even correct. Onions in both of them, I’m allergic. So now I can’t even eat them and it’s not even worth my effort to drive all the way back to get it done correctly. And these are the people saying that they “deserve” to make $15-$18 per hour. Maybe you would deserve it if you could be bothered to do your job right.

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat after going shopping tonight. We like McDonald’s because it’s fast and easy and every single one is hit or miss on the quality of food and personnel. Teresa, one of the employees here, did everything she could to make us feel welcome, including paying extra attention to our 21 month old daughter and even getting her a toy to make her visit more enjoyable. She’s a valued asset to this location and because of her actions we will definitely return. Great job guys.

A group of us were on our way to a football game Sunday. We needed a fast food place close by and fast. We were stressed and in a rush. It looked like it would have to be McDonald’s. No one was happy with the choice. We pulled into the parking lot. Our expectations were low. Thank God I had already eaten. Everyone walked up to the kiosk and placed their order.
An employee gave us a numbered sign to place on our table. We watched employees deliver food to other guests tables. It didn’t take long for our food to be delivered to our table. This is where the story actually begins. The employee that delivered our food was a man, probably retirement age. He placed the tray of food on our table and politely asked if there was anything we needed. We did not realize we were in for a treat. If this gentleman does not do stand up comedy, he should. Everyone loved him including the kids. We were all laughing and having a great time thanks to an employee named Fred Fletcher. We made a new friend. We all laughed and joked with him like we had known each other forever. He engaged with each one of us.
Thank you McDonald’s for hiring this gentleman. Now we will be returning to McDonald’s and making a purchase to be able to enjoy Mr. Fred Fletcher.

Sadly we had a dirty table. Had to ask for napkins to clean it ourselves. Food prices are soaring, which means there really aren’t “value” meals. Food was mediocre, by all means not hot. To get a cup of water was a big deal… what is happening!? Since we’re realizing this is the way McDonald’s is anywhere these days, we decided we are done with them.

Store was clean, but the employees customer service skills are horrible. I went thru drive thru and I had a decent size order. Not too bad. Total was around 50.00, once I got my food, I always check it so I dont get all the way home and someone’s food be missing or wrong. So I got my food and checked it. One thing was wrong and 1 thing was missing. That’s fine, I understand. So I went inside and tried to tell them what was wrong and of course I got the eye rolling and the manager told the cashier to fix her problem and she he walked away. Got my “fixed” food and I checked it again and it was still wrong on my special request order… so I told them it was still wrong and that just made them ever more mad at me. I guess I was just supposed to deal with whatever they gave me. This is always the customer service I get unless I go early in the morning. The early morning shift is always nice but by afternoon it’s a totally different atmosphere. I hope this post makes it to the right people so I dont have to drive across town just to get mcdonalds.

It’s usually pretty clean, they are quick to help you and the food is actually cooked good. Like I have been to other mcds where the fries weren’t fully cooked or the nuggets tasted old, and they haven’t forgotten to give me things like other mcds have.

Don’t order on DoorDash. They won’t get your order right.If you say no cheese, they’ll still put cheese on them. And they don’t answer the phone over there, either. So don’t bother calling.

Ordered Uber Eats through this branch. It’s not a mistake I’ll make again. I ordered 3 specific breakfast sandwiches. I received 4, but only one was correct. The other 3 are completely incorrect. I get busy, but to get it this wrong is inexcusable. Waste of money. I’ve had several orders incorrect over the past year here. I keep giving them another chance, and figuring management will fix it.
