I had the yummy fajitas! So happy with those. My husband got the nachos and was not super impressed. Service was good, drinks were great!

We arrived at 8:30pm for dinner and were seated in the bar area. We were greeted by the a host and seated. Very friendly, after a short time Gino our waiter came by and took our drink order, very friendly and playful. We order chips and the white skillet Queso and it came old cold and they quickly fixed that and it was perfect, Super yummy! The mozzarella sticks are as great as they look and a new favorite!!! Chicken crispers were good and I really liked the new buffalo ranch sauce you can add 2 different sauce and the buffalo ranch doesn’t disappoint! Gino was great, efficient and overall made the experience great.
Restaurant was clean, the bar stools on the high tops were all flip upside down on the table so that was a bit overzealous considering they are open till 10:00 but l am sure due to staffing they are just doing all they can! We will be back for the mozzarella sticks and white Queso dip for sure !!!!

This was a great experience tonight. The food was good, drinks were on time and the service was very good. Slight mix up on our table kiosk but we’re immediately helped out by Steven who is a manager here. He appreciated our honesty for telling him we had the wrong check and after he corrected it, he helped us out for being honest and took a good percentage off for us. Thank you Steven! And Anya our server was quick to be here for us when we needed her to be. Thanks again! We will be back!

Went here tonight for my daughter’s birthday. The drink menu didn’t have prices.They didn’t tell us how much they were. My steak wasn’t done well as I asked. They sent it back to get re-cooked. It was still uneven and had pink. I Can’t eat meat that isn’t cooked completely through. I had a coupon for free salsa and chips. When I left, I was charged for them. My bill ended To be $107. What in God sakes is chili’s thinking. Such a disappointment. An expensive one. Don’t go here. we could’ve went to a better restaurant higher end food for this price. And not get charged for the rewards we had for ordering food before. I wish my daughter had a better birthday dinner.

I’ve come here many times and have always been pleasant and left a good tip. I always recommend people to come here. Never again. I was seated by your nice hostess in the bar area, only to be ignored for 20+ min. I highly recommend telling your staff to pay attention to their customers. Especially the returning ones. Cause I’ll be going to a different one from now on.

Had a Long Island Iced Tea with guacamole and Chicken Cajun Pasta. The drink was rely good, but I had to finally get my servers attention to place a food order and it took over 40 minutes to get my pasta. I wouldn’t have cared how long it took except that it was lukewarm. I was pretty full from the tasty guacamole, so I just had them box up the pasta. Will heat it properly later lol. I am actually still waiting for the server to give me a bill. Food already boxed, 2 empty glasses…..just waiting to give some money…..please come soon with my bill.

Chili’s is an absolute joke. The fact that they don’t take Arizona State IDs that don’t expire because they don’t have expiration dates?that’s where I initially had a problem I’ve never been denied. I am 26 years old and I’ve been using the same ID since I was 18 I don’t drive and the only way I would get an expiration date on my ID is if I legally got an Arizona state license which is never going to happen due to personal reasons so the fact that I was denied alcohol over my ID that literally does not expire until I’m 65 years old is wild. They need to update their services and terms.
