Your server was great and was the manager! The food wasn’t as good as the state on the menu though! Look at Pictures, do what say and sever what you state… cheesy Mac and cheese! Not even close walleye was dry and had a few bones to be somewhat acceptable, panfish dinner save your money! Apt. Loaded potatoes where really good. I guess for the place they can do better on the food everything else great!

SHARP Decline in Quality – Writing Off this Place
Used to enjoy this place, but after last night we won’t be going back.
We ordered two cowboy burgers and boneless wings for pickup. Got home to find one burger with no lettuce/tomato/onion/pickle (advertised as standard on all burgers) and the second burger with only a bun, cheese, and beef. No sauce. No bacon. No toppings. The beef patties on both were a sad, over-smashed, falling-apart beef that tasted like it had been cooked in a microwave and showed no evidence of having ever touched a grill.
The boneless wings were similarly disappointing. I can’t say I was expecting hand-breaded chicken (though for $13 a plate, i don’t know why not) but the sad little obviously-frozen nuggets tossed in sauce were just insulting for the price.
When someone is paying upwards of $50 a meal, to get treated like this is just unthinkable.

Food came out hot! But the flavor was just ok. Nothing that blew us out of the water. Took 3 to 5 minutes to get anyone to seat us and it was not busy. However, after we got seated waitress was very attentive and very nice. Came back to fill our drinks multiple times. Highchairs available upon request. They have daily specials and events with music or karaoke. Overall, it was decent food with great staff.

had such a great experience at Cowboy Jack’s thanks to our bartender BAILEY! Holy COW!!!!!!!!! From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely fun to be around. Even though the bar was busy, she never missed a beat—our drinks were always full, and she checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and how effortlessly she handled the crowd while still making every guest feel taken care of. She made great drink recommendations and kept the energy upbeat the whole night.

I had an awesome experience at Cowboy Jack’s the other night, and it was all thanks to our server, Olivia L! From the moment we sat down, she was super friendly and attentive. Came into Cowboy Jack’s expecting a couple drinks for a girls night out and ended up getting one of the best bar experiences I’ve had in a while thanks to our bartender, Bailey!
She was hilarious, quick with the jokes, and kept the whole bar in a good mood. You could tell she was juggling a million things at once, but she handled it like a pro. All while making sure our drinks never got empty!

The food at Cowboy Jacks is phenomenal!! It has a great atmosphere with amazing servers and bartenders! When I was there, Bailey and Cassie are two of the best servers to have, they are on point, respectful, and their quick serving was very nice not having to wait very long at all! I highly recommend getting their new queso it is to die for!! Over all one of the best places to eat and have drinks!
