Second time coming to this location. And regret them both. First time was for dinner. They had us park on the side to wait for fries. (no big deal) As we waited for 18 minutes for fries and watching 13 cars come through the drive thru. We thought, there is no way not one of those cars didn’t order fries. Went inside to them FORGETTING our order and only for attitude from the staff and manager and warm (not fresh) fries. Figured maybe it’s just the time we came and staff.
This time we come for lunch, (not busy) only to get soggy fries, barley warm chicken. And their children tenders were more like chicken nuggets. Customer service sucks. Food sucks. And to have to walk through the drive thru to go in is crazy. Surprised this location is still here.

I can’t for the life of me figure out what the hype is all about when it comes to Popeyes chicken. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Yes the spicy chicken flavor is good… HOWEVER… there literally ain’t nothing to it. Meaning… It’s ALL bones and LOADS of coating to make the pieces look bigger. These images the bones and coating from 3 “breasts” and 2 wings… Each breast had maybe three bites of meat… These are the smallest chicken breasts I’ve ever seen in my life. And I’m 60 years old and a fan of chicken so I have had my fair share of chicken. Each wing had about 1 and a half bites of meat. It’s horrifying how much they charge for this stuff. It was approx 50$ for a meal that had 3 breasts… 3 thighs… 3 wings and 3 legs… 1 container of fake mashed potatoes and 1 container of Mac n cheese. Along with 4 biscuits. The potatoes are horrible even if you smother them with gravy. Mac & cheese is so so ok if you like processed cheese. And the biscuits you can literally squeeze out the grease after you heat them up… The people that work there are always nice and the service is fine. I only gave it two stars because the taste of the chicken is really good albeit a bit greasy. But I’m pushing it with the 2 stars. I’m leaving this 2 star review after trying Popeyes multiple times and having the same negative result. I really wanted to like it. But I swear these pieces are about the size a cornish game hen would produce.

I just had the weirdest experience and felt like I was in an alternate universe. I’ll preface it with the fact that the girl at the window felt bad when I said “never mind, I’ll find something at home.”

I ordered “6 piece boneless wings with honey lemon pepper sauce” (I did say sauce, not realizing it was a dry rub). To which the speaker lady said “you’d like the 6 piece boneless wings with honey bbq on the side?” “No, I’d like the 6 piece honey lemon pepper wings” and I think she asked again if I wanted sauce on the side and I said sure.

First, my receipt is rung up as a 6 piece honey BBQ boneless wing.
Second, I said “honey lemon pepper” twice on the speaker. Why did they default to honey BBQ?
Third, the sauces I got on the side were BBQ and ranch.

I tried explaining it at the window saying “I wanted the honey lemon pepper” and she kept repeating the sauces they had so I said “the honey lemon pepper is on the spicy level chart of like 7 flavors though?” Then she said “the honey lemon pepper is only a dry rub.”

I came to this Popeyes on my lunch break 7/22 because I was craving Popeyes bad. I had a coupon for a 2 piece combo with one side and a drink. I take my order then go back to work to eat in the car as I do most days.

I start eating the wing, it is SO good satiating my craving for sure. I start eating the thigh and I feel something between my teeth. So, I stop eating the chicken and there is a freaking long hair coming out of the chicken that had been fried under the skin and was still attached under more skin so I’m assuming it was wrapped around or something. I immediately wanted to throw up. I was SO pissed and disgusted.

I tried to submit a complaint on the website but I was unable to because the website required a receipt. I obviously threw my receipt away because why would I think I would need it?

Anyway, I’m never returning to this Popeyes ever again in my life it was a health hazard and they need to be inspected by the health department. Absolutely disgusting.

And I’m STILL craving my Popeyes.

A chain of restaurants that was established since 1972. It is characterized by sandwiches and strips made from chicken breast with a distinct flavor for those who live in the state of Louisiana, both the regular and spicy kind. In fact, the size of the raw chicken breast in the sandwich is larger than similar restaurants specializing in chicken, and it has a distinct flavor that is easy for the consumer to distinguish, as well as potato fingers. Great flavour. I recommend visiting it at least once or twice a month for anyone who wants a truly unique and satisfying meal

Franchise owner doesn’t train management how to deal with orders through App service.

I came into redeem a TMOBILE Tuesday promotion code using Popeyes App. I was unable to enter a code anywhere on the app, and asked a manager for assistance. Nobody in the store knew how to use the Popeyes App, not even the Manager, or the cashier. The very nice manager called the owner, who was even less helpful and just kept repeating its a TMOBILE issue. No, the issue is YOU have not trained your employees how to help customers use your own app to place orders, its a training issue not a tmobile issue. Even the employee working the drive through said to another employee, “we should have asked someone how to do this”.

Kudos to the wonderful nice manager being as helpful as she could be. Unfortunately she or anyone else hasnt been trained by the Franchise owner. What a shame.

Very delicious, I suggest the spicy chicken sandwich. Very crispy chicken and a very buttery bun. Environment is very friendly and I can feel the Louisiana spirit heavily. There was a homeless person sleeping on the table, but it shows how friendly this place is. It is a phenomenonal place to fuel but to teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Really clean place. Good food. The day I went it seems one of the managers was bitching at one of the employees. Really unprofessional from my point of view.

Food was cool however customer service sucks. At the drive thru I indicated I had a mobile order waited for about 2-3mins so I yelled hello due to no response then was told to pull forward. Got to the window and the lady was so rude no nice greeting or any great customer service from her just rude for no reason!
