I’m so upset. I’m sitting in the parking lot giving this review two major and one minor issues first off. The picture of the toilet is the cleanest one in the bathroom and I didn’t even bother going second have a live roach on the table coming out of the biscuits that they served and then third the second picture shows a wall of signs and missing an Air Force plaque, which is highly offensive to me having spent my time in the Air Force they can celebrate all the other branches and fireball whiskey but not the Air Force really I’m highly disgusted with this Logan’s , which is hard to say because Logan has been one of my favorite restaurants for steaks over the years

Had a great experience tonight. I had the cedar plank chicken on their special. The wedge salad was absolutely on point. Server was great. I think she was flirting with me when she asked for my ID. . We didn’t have to wait for anything. She gave us space when we weren’t ready to order and always looked our way when she passed to make sure she was available when we were ready. Kinwife had the pork shank and it was well made. Tender and deliciously braised. Of course, the rolls are so perfectly prepared.

I Took my wife out for dinner for Valentine’s Day and Logan’s did not disappoint. There were so many people coming going that night and food and the service could’ve been bad just because everyone was stressed, but our food was great and this nice manager came by to check on us often. There were lots of people who were upset, but the manager named Tiffany I think stayed calm and took care of everyone’s needs. It was the busiest that I had ever seen this restaurant. Thanks Logan’s for a beautiful night and thank you Tiffany for keeping calm and showing what a professional looks like.

Hey just went out to for lunch at Logan’s Roadhose in Jackson. Man Everthing was on point… Went in had no wait, was seated immediately and our drinks orders were taken right away. There were so many choices for Appetizers we order a bunch of them. By the time we got our Entrée’s we were quite full. Brylie, our server was most accommodating and made sure our orders were made to our specifications. She kept coming back to make sure all was fine and kept refilling our glasses. The owner Aaron also came by a few times to make sure we were totally happy with our meals. If you look at the pictures below I’m sure you’ll see the portions are Plentiful and L@@k Delicious. I will definitely be returning again and again. Thank you for a Pleasant Experience.

My experience included both positive and negative aspects. The espresso martini was subpar, and the bread was stale. However, the steak was cooked well and tasted delicious. Unfortunately, the crab cakes and sweet potato were burnt with the potato being uneditable. On a positive note, the grilled chicken sandwich was excellent, and the salads were satisfactory, although I would have preferred a slightly heavier dressing. The server was decent.

Super delicious New York Strip cooked to a perfect Medium and served stuck incorrectly with the “steak pick” upside-down Every single slice was full of myoglobin and the meat so tender every bite was a savory sensation. For a side I went with the loaded sweet potato which was as delicious as the steak but the largest single spud I’ve ever laid eyes on, even though they shorted me the steak fries I had also ordered. There is no way I could have ate more than half of this sweetly made starchy vegetable, dripping with cinnamon butter and topped with lightly toasted marshmallows. The table service was great and the food was cooked entirely too accurately for the, impressively fast, speed in which it was delivered. Only thing I can complain about this particular restaurant is it has taken FOREVER the past few times coming here as a gig worker and not a patron.

Food is over-seasoned, steaks didn’t taste fresh. Mask with seasoning? Too loud for my taste. Waitress was decent, just running behind even though the place was nearly empty. Understaffed? That’s an admin issue. Will I be back? Not likely. It was an overpriced experience.

We’ve been to all steak restaurants in West end of Jackson and will have to say Logan’s has stepped up the game with the Greatest server’s and Staff hands down and the Steaks are cooked to Perfection. We love the fresh Hot rolls and Fastest appetizers to your table you can get anywhere. AWESOME PLACE.

Best steak in Jackson I believe with deep smoke flavor from the grill. Don’t need any ad ons for this steak. Unfortunately that’s where the good stops. The sides are all mediocre at best and that’s a stretch. The 6 pieces of shrimp add on for $7.99 looked and tasted like it came from a middle school cafeteria. Keep the steaks and get a new supplier for your sides and the scores will go up. Won’t be back till you do.
