So after having a low quality experience at another chain just days before, I opted for a choice from my childhood. I craved a BigMac and a large fry. Had not had one in 25yrs. I greeted the checkout person and they said nothing. Didn’t even look at me. Cost $11.00. Meal came out pretty quick. I opened the burger box and said “wth is this?”. With the burger in one corner, there was an inch and a half gap from the box to the burger. The fries were under the bottom rim of the box(about 25+ short) and they looked and tasted like they were cooked 5 secs past thawed. I ate a few that were not completely raw then threw the rest away. Was a good run. You guys are toast.

It is McD’s – so food and atmosphere are fine for their standard qsr and the rating reflects that.
However, I want to call out the service for app orders. We have been thru here several times and have zero issues with order accuracy. . Also, even though this is a busy intersection, they keep the drive thru moving. Thank you!

Tonight I visited one of your stores and had a poor customer service experience.
I was instructed to go through the drive-thru with my car, but the employee who took my order did not listen to me. I had to repeat my order three times, and it still was not understood until I went to the window.
The order was handed to me reluctantly. After parking and waiting, I noticed the employee was playing music loudly from his phone.
I am writing to report this situation due to the poor service I experienced.

Service was very slow. We went through the drive-thru on our way home from Ocean City, MD, and was disappointed at the lack of speed they were putting out food. When we went through the drive through, we were asked to park in one of the numbered spots, along with eight other cars. The food was messy at best and the fries were tepid.

Easton McDonald’s on Rt 50 has the best Dr Pepper and Coke. It is better than any other McDonald’s on the eastern shore. They have the mixture portions set just right and the cold temperature too.

Our go to McDo on the way to OC for the past 14 years. No issues with food and service. Restrooms were clean. Plenty of tables and chairs. Availability of self checkout kiosks is a plus.

They got my WHOLE order wrong. they gave me a McGriddle with no sausages LITERALLY gave me just bread. Then i asked for two SWEET teas & they gave me unsweetened tea. This why we dont go to mcdonalds now yall some trashhhh .

I usually do not review fast food restaurants, but the people who work in the drive thru are horrible , miserable people. They do not speak to you. Grab your credit card, hand it back and throws your food (almost) at you without saying a word. Disgusting bunch of humans. If they don’t like their job, maybe they should find something else to do. If I owned a business I would listen to your customers. I will drive all the way across town from now on.

Witnessed an employee leave the toilet stall and return to work without washing his hands. When I commented about what I saw, he brushed it aside. The manager also didn’t seem to care. That employee went right back to work touching bags of food with the same soiled hands from the restroom.
